Beachfront- Gorgeous 4 Bedroom House

Beautiful place and amazing view!

The house was excellent.

The view and beach access were amazing. We only wished for a bit more privacy from the neighbors, the soundproof glass that was used on the balcony would be ideal since there’s just a temporary fabric divider or if there was a noise curfew on the residences as several hours beyond midnight is obnoxious to everyone else.Being walking distance to restaurants and cafes was also a very awesome amenity along with the incredible rainfall shower( needs just a little TLC and CLR)and jetted tub were also incredible. Very refreshing and beautiful Oceanside view was so wonderful to see nightly

It was so relaxing and just a beautiful home. The location is great. Except, if you bring your dog, which we brought our little poodles, you cannot walk them on the beach. I'm just giving a heads- up. Also, the ocean water is polluted, which signs are posted to not swim. So, if you're coming for swimming, not the right spot. On a better note, the property management is awesome!!! We had a couple minor issues that we notified them of, which they initiated by checking in with us first. The minor issues were resolved the same day, and like within hours. We were happily shocked at the attention and efficiency in which they serve their clients. The home, in my opinion, was underestimated. The woodwork, the style, everything was solid and tasteful. My husband loved it. The beach is right there! It's clean and not stinky. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back.

So we booked the place because it looks amazing, immediately upon arriving it became clear that the photos didn’t do anything close to justice for this property. Amazing home, amazing host, amazing location and the little town of IB is absolutely amazing. We will be back

Great property and location, it was disappointing that kids could not go in the water due to contamination.

This house was beautiful right on the water in a great area. Beautiful view of the water. Great amenities! Will definitely stay here again!

Trip was nice. The ocean was closed because of pollution from the Tijuana river. Which we found out happens a lot for Imperial Beach.

The house was nice and we had the space we needed . The listing needs to be updated to say that the AC is not usable and that the sound system is locked up and also not usable. If you’re stsying with a large group or tor more than a couple days bring extra towels since there are inly 2 per bathroom. We were happy that dome things the listing says are not included were actually there but maybe they were just left from previous guests. The location was amazing so it really made the stay worth it.

Home, views and beach access were top notch. The pictures of this property online do not do it justice. It’s so much more impressive in person. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We will be staying here again!

Beautiful home. Older furniture that had a lot of hair on it. Uncomfortable broken down master bed. Wifi didn't work. The cleaners were there past my check in time and we had to sit outside and wait. I communicated to the property manager and they defended the cleaners and did not address the issue. Communication with property manager was unsat. Reached out several times about the wifi and they didn't respond to some questions and the time between issues was not in time to actually solve an issue. They didn't act in the beginning of the stay like they could have, then threw money at me hoping I wouldn't share my experience.

Beautiful property, views from every window. We had issue with the door ,firepit and T. V these where addresses very quickly. We did have ants in the kitchen, dinning room area..We had to keep everything in the refrigerator. I suggest you bring ant bait if you stay here. Also there are no seasonings or coffee filters. We left ours behind for the next guest. All our meals had to ne keepeveryt the rig
