Comfortable and Clean. Great Location and Beach Access.

Location could not have been better! Well appointed and beds were super comfortable. Tons of chairs and toys to take to the beach right outside the back door.

Such a beautiful property and so nicely stocked. The extra refrigerator was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of space on the beach and the covered deck was perfect for our 83 year old and 4 month old . We are already looking at trying to stay at this property next year

Excellent and well maintained beach house. Perfect location,great beach access, great views from a wonderful deck. Owner has everything you need plus some nice extras. This was our second year here as a family and we are already booked for next year. Best place we have ever stayed in at Gulf Shores.

Second time to visit & loved it just as much as the first time! Beautiful location, easy access to the beach, & fit our two families (4 adults, 5 kids) perfectly! Just steps away to watch the sun rise in the morning and crab hunt at night.

This beach house is awesome. It is close to the beach with all the amenities you will need. The owner responds immediately to your messages and is great to work with . We will be staying here again!!!

Pelican Place East was a dream vacation spot! The location was perfect, with stunning morning sunrises and vibrant painted sky sunsets that created lifelong memories. From the birds soaring in the air to the sea life thriving nearby, we felt completely immersed in nature’s beauty. Yet, the home balanced this natural escape with modern comforts like icy-cold air conditioning and fantastic amenities that made our stay luxurious. Whether relaxing on the porch or exploring the area, every moment was unforgettable. Highly recommend Pelican Place East for a serene, nature-filled getaway with all the comforts you need!

This time of year is the best at Gulf Shores. Cool nights and warm enough to enjoy the beach in the afternoons. The deck at this location is awesome. I took my kids and grandkids, 9 of us, and we had a great time. The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all.

Had everything we needed! Great location, beautiful house, will definitely be back!!!

Just as described - amazing views & so convenient with the beach steps away. Stocked with everything we needed. We definitely plan to return!

We spent 5 days here with 4 adults and 4 kids/teens. The pictures don’t do it justice. We were stunned with the house, location, beach, view, etc. The beds were so comfortable - made us want to upgrade our mattresses at home! The space is clean and updated. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes. If you are staying longer than a few days, bring your own disposables- laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. We used Walmart+ to have groceries delivered. The location is perfect. You walk right out onto the beach, which is gorgeous. We brought a canopy, but used the chairs, boogie boards, sand toys provided. We saw lots of ocean life - dolphins, jelly fish, ghost crab, blue crab, sting rays, hermit crab, etc. Wish we would have brought a throw net! Herb was a great host, easy to communicate with. We can’t say enough about the views, house, and location. One of the best vacations we have had. Highly recommend!

We loved our week at this home. It has been beautifully updated inside and out. The porch is perfect, there’s a grill and plenty of parking, and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. Overall, we loved this home and would stay again.

Our family spent a week here. The house is so close to the beach that you are practically still on the beach while at the house. It is clean, well-decorated, and has all the amenities we need. The host is great to work with. We've already booked it for next year.

Perfect location with the beach as your backyard! Super receptive and friendly property manager. Home was clean with open bright atmosphere. Beach chairs, tubes, body boards and beach toys available on site. We'll be booking this home again for our vacation next year.
