We had a great time at SIC! The location was perfect and it was right at the entrance to the beach. The place itself was clean and so nice! Definitely recommend!

The house we stayed at was beautiful, roomy and clean with a superb location. We rented bikes and biked all over town. The restaurants were excellent. The beach was beautiful, wide and clean. The promenade was a fun surprise, where we could bike, walk and shop. Our host was so friendly and communicative offering information on the town and our house. It was one of our best family vacations.

We recently stayed at this rental in Sea Isle City, NJ, and were disappointed overall. The outdoor shower was blocked by jet skis, and the hose provided was too short to rinse off properly, so sand ended up all through the house.A few days in, the coffee maker broke, and on arrival, the door handle was already loose and soon fell off (my husband fixed it). Two pans had chipped Teflon. We contacted the homeowner, and after six hours she sent replacements, but they only arrived the night before we left, so we couldn’t really use them.The dryer ran very slowly, making it hard to keep towels dry; when I mentioned this, the homeowner suggested another setting, but it made no difference. The Dyson stick vacuum barely picked anything up.The home didn’t include beach chairs, a cooler, or a beach cart, which many similar rentals provide. Photos made the property look larger and nicer than it really is, so for the cost, it didn’t meet our expectations.Also, Bubba Dog’s hotdog stand is directly in front of the house. While handy for a quick bite, it created long lines, extra sand at the driveway’s end, and people often blocked the driveway with bikes, making backing out tricky.The location itself was good, but due to these issues and delayed responses, we wouldn’t stay here again.

We spoke to the landlord prior to re ting about our ypcoming surprise engagement. party. We were honest and requestrd this do to the grandparents being physically challeneged and elderly. She was willing to work with us a d we couldnt have been happier!!!! The home was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our daughter and soon to be son in law were so happy!!!! It was all wonderful!!! The only concern was the previous tenants left some very ripe trash outside in the heat which we took to the waste area prior to the event. I would highly recommended this host as that was not her fault. Thank you again!!!!

Our stay was good.The only comment I have with vrbo, and the owner, was that there was absolutely no communication after we had made changes with the original number of guest as far as a price adjustment, in the email, they said they would adjust the price, but never did, and made no attempt to contact us through an e-mail that did say we would be contacted by the owner in 24 hours, and never was.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home. Can’t say enough about location and cleanliness! Would dystay here again!

The house is wonderful it has an amazing view, it’s spacious, modern and perfect for any vacation or just to get away for the weekend. Melissa was fantastic to work with and helped make the stay perfect for me and all my friends, solid communication. We will be back!

Fabulous - pictures do not do the house or its location justice! Short walk to dining, center of town and right on the beach. Sunrises were stunning but favorite part was being able to hear the waves and birds in the dunes. It was beautiful back round sounds for our week. My daughter when we got home missed the sound of the waves going to bed. We had a great week!

Great property. Clean, well outfitted. Outstanding location. Our first time in Sea Isle City and we'll come back - loved the beach access, waves weren't too rough. Bubba Dogs across the street was a fun bonus.

We stayed at Melissa’s beautiful house for a long weekend celebrating my sister’s 30th birthday. The house was perfect for our group—the 1 minute walk to the beach was wonderful, and nights on the deck watching the ocean ans sunset were unmatched. Couldn’t have been easier to check in, and everything was roomy and clean. Would happily return!
