Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was a nice size for our family gathering and provided adequate amenities. The kitchen and dining may have been a little on the small size to prepare/serve meals for everyone to sit down and eat at once but we were able to work around it. There is a tremendous amount of sand/beach toys, umbrellas and chairs in the storage area below the house. However, there is no direct access from below the house (and the parking area) to the beach without passing through the inside living areas so be prepared for sandy and possibly wet pathways indoors in that regard. The management company was very accommodating and provided immediate response whenever we had a problem. The drive to shopping, entertainment and restaurants is relatively significant and must be planned - that was perfect for us as we prefer to minimize our time in high populated areas while vacationing.

Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having the icemaker and 2 fridges. Living room had plenty of seating. And the views!!! We could watch the sunset from the dining room/living room or from the deck. Plenty of parking for our 4 vehicles. Beach was not crowded and we loved being right on the beach! I wish I had asked before I brought all of this with us, but the house has a closet full of beach toys, chairs, etc for guests to use. There was also a crockpot, hair dryers in every bathroom, board games and a pack n play. This is our second stay in Morgantown. We love the area and the amenities.This has become our place to go for a beach vacation. Also our second time renting a home thru Coastal View Vacations. I won't hesitate to rent thru them again! They're great!

Overall nice location, but trash outside, really bright LED lights and rust stains on the windows and a trash drawer that wouldn’t stay closed. Great communication and ease of check-in.

The house is truly amazing - the ability to just be steps from the gulf is unmatched. What we loved: location, location, location, space and bedrooms were perfect for our group of 13, plenty of cups, silverware, plates and bowls (this is often not the case for our big group). We appreciated the extra fridge (we used it for drinks) and the ice maker. The property managers who met us at check in and came quickly when we discovered the upstairs bathtub was clogged were fabulous. They also quickly answered the few small questions we had throughout the week. Finally, the pre-communication leading up to the week was quick and helpful and we didn't have any issues with check-in.What we hope the owners take care of in the off season: The kitchen pots, sheet pans, etc were old and could use updated - not really the chef's kitchen from the description. The vent in the upstairs bathroom desperately needs fixed - it was moldy and the paint around it is peeling off the ceiling. There was also some mold on the air vents in the bedrooms upstairs and some of the decorations/furniture throughout the house are rusting. Know it's very humid and hard to keep up with but could use a little refresh in some places, including the carpet on the stairs leading upstairs. Overall, the location is perfect, the house worked for our large group, and we were grateful for the support prior to and during the week.

The only thing was the Bed in the master bedroom was a little uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. Other than that, have no complaints.

The house is large, the kitchen is well stocked and the view is beautiful. The dishwasher broke while we were there and the management company responded quickly and had a new one installed in 3 days. The house was clean overall but could use a deep clean (shampoo furniture, stairs, rugs and clean ceiling fans and vents).

Reviewer Comments: God blessed us with a very nice family vacation again this year where we were fortunate to have enjoyed a portion of His wonderful creation!Our visit at The Easton House was very pleasant. Although there are many properties in the area, we felt it to be a remote area of the beach which we prefer. Access to retail establishments are a bit of a drive so plan accordingly.Beach access is just a few steps away but is accessible only from within the house and not from the parking area so plan accordingly when taking outdoor things to/from the beach. Also, the beach drops off very sharply and quickly into the Gulf of Mexico so keep an eye on your little ones who like to play at the water's edge.We did experience a few problems but Guest Services was very quick to respond to have those issues addressed for us with plans to more permanently correct the problems. Guest services is also aware of the few areas throughout the property that need a little maintenance and they have plans to address those things as well.All in all we had a very nice visit and hope to return to the area!

Would love for there to be more beach chairs for guests use though. It is clean and if we needed something, the staff was always ready to help. And it’s easy to get in touch with them. We are looking forward to a return visit next year!

There were some minor issues with the laundry room door coming off the track and difficulty opening the sliding door from the outside due to it not having a handle on it, but like I said they were minor. My family loved the house, especially sitting on the back deck and being directly on the beach. There was plenty of seating for all 20 of us. It was great having the ice machine, and an extra refrigerator just for water and drinks. I was worried about the parking, but all of our vehicles were able to be parked in the yard with no problems. My family is already talking about coming back next year.

The kitchen is well stocked. No need to bring beach toys, plenty to pick from! Communication was excellent with Coastal View Vacations.
