Beachfront 4 bed 3 bath townhouse. kayak, paddle board, ping pong table included

Loved the location being so close to the beach. The house had a few issues during our stay. Main patio door was broken, one of the bedrooceiling fans was broken, the upstairs carpet is very worn. Some of the A/C vents had mold around them and were dripping water (upstairs hallway and master bath). The master bath door was super hard to close. It needs to be cut down on the bottom. There is a lot of scuff marks on the walls downstairs. On a positive note Therran was very responsive and had someone come right over and address the ceiling fan issue and the patio door issue. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and overall very clean.

We had a beautiful stay! Perfect location and view of the ocean could not have been better! The house had everything you would need for a fun beach day!

We had a fabulous, relaxing stay in Navarre and this condo was great! They had everything and more that you would need to use at the beach. It is definitely a place that we would stay again!

This is our third year to this property as a family, and once again we had an amazing visit! The property was beautifully decorated and we loved the new sofa! Everything was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more and this is for a very large family who only cooks at home on these trips. Thank you for thinking of everything!! Oh and I must mention the sweet lady in charge of cleaning and supplies is amazing. We will see you next year!

My husband and I stayed here with my family. The place was perfect, and the location to the beach was something you just can’t beat! We had the best stay and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This is the third time our family has stayed in this condo. Great location on the beach, very clean with everything you need. All as described in the description. Lots of space and the lower level with ping pong, Kayak and beach chairs and extras is great. Excellent communication with the owners. Highly recommend!

The location of the property is great. We enjoyed our stay and would have given a higher rating aside for a couple of issues. There was quite a bit of black mold on a vent in one of the bathrooms and in the adjoining bedroom, as well as on the shower curtain in one of the upstairs bathrooms. The trash container outside was full when we arrived and smelled like it hadn't been taken out in at least a week before we got there. These are not all the issues, but the major ones we encountered. I will say the owner was quick to respond and offered to have the cleaning crew come out and address the issues, but not once was an apology even offered. While the location was great, I do not believe we would rebook this property.
