We had the most incredible week with the whole family in November this year. The host was so accommodating (even arranging for is to stay an extra night last minute), the house was comfortable and well appointed, and the location can’t be beat! We will definitely be coming back.

The house was spotless and well appointed. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a nice touch. The TV situation was my only complaint. Wanted to watch Thursday Night Football and the channel wasn’t included and in general operating the TVs was anything but easy. There were no directions or suggestions on how to use. Honestly, we didn’t rent to watch tv but the one time we wanted to, we couldn’t figure it out. Eventually we were able to use airplay to stream it from an iPad to watch. Other than that issue, the place was fabulous.

Bula Beach House was a beautiful and spacious home. The view of the beach was awesome. Our family really enjoyed our beach vacation here. Would like to stay at Bula on our next beach vacay if it is still a rental.Thank you for letting us stay at your beach home.

Everything was lovely and clean! Beautifully but simply decorated and the beds were very comfortable! The downstairs area was perfect for early mornings with the little children. It leads outside to the dip pool and to the beach. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there and was great for cooling off. Several of us took advantage of the steam shower downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking with plenty of room for eating at the big table. Two laundry areas make it easy to wash towels and kids clothes. This house is in a true neighborhood where you can feel comfortable pushing strollers and walking with little kids or biking for older children. The beach is CLOSE! A garage was full of toys and games for the beach which was very appreciated I can’t say enough about this house! We loved staying here!

We had three generations of our family staying for a week and this property was perfect for all. Loved the location of being close to all the 30A activities but away from all the beach crowds. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for family vacation!! Enjoyed waking up to coffee on the porch listening to the ocean and evenings with a good cocktail watching the moon light glimmering across the waves…will definitely be back soon! Thanks Ms. Carla for sharing your beach house…lots of memories were made❤️

We loved everything about this beautiful, spacious, well-situated beach house. It was perfect for our multi-generation family vacation. The views from the house are exceptional: both the sunrise and sunset can be seen. The house is equipped with everything you might need, and the owner is very helpful in answering any questions. Our entire family wants to return as soon as we can!

Our family stayed at the home for a week. The home was immaculate and well maintained. Carla provided us a ton of info and tips about the surrounding area that kept us occupied. The sand and water is some of the best we have experienced in comparison to the beaches we have vacationed at in Hawaii, Mexico and the Bahamas. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect location. Location adjacent to state park was private, but excellent access to anything we needed. Lovely home with gorgeous views. Spacious, clean and modern. The home had every amenity. As we had never used VRBO before, the property owner was accommodating with all of our pre-holiday questions and concerns. Recommend without any reservations.

The house was tired, the sheets/bedding were older and the pictures were inaccurate. It was not cleaned well prior to check-in. The photos do not show the nicks in the furniture, the stained bedding, or the inefficient window treatments. It just felt like a worn-down beach house. We had plumbing issues during our trip with the hot tub and toilet that were not addressed as well but it was high time so the rental agency may have been overwhelmed. There are a tremendous amount of high-end homes in the area, our recommendation is you pass on this particular if you are looking for a five-star experience, keep scrolling.
