The ground floor has a bedroom and bathroom. Midfloor is kitchen and living room with balcony. Top floor is 2nd bedroom with bathroom. In the living area there is also a sofa bed to have another guest - linen is additional.
Each bedroom containing a spacious Queen bed with hotel quality linen. There is high speed internet provided in the property.

The property features a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, or you can savor the flavors of nearby restaurants.

The property offers on-street parking only for guests. No dedicated parking is provided.

The suburb of New Brighton sits on the edge of Christchurch between the sea and the city. The suburb has always had a feeling that sets it apart from Christchurch. New Brighton manages to distil all of the freedom and openness of beach life, with the bustle and energy of the suburbs.

Explore the array of attractions New Brighton has to offer, including the beautiful beach, the rejuvenating He Puna Taimoana Hot Pools, a welcoming community library, playground and an array of delightful local cafes and amenities.

The Christchurch bus exchange can be reached within a 15-minute drive and provides access to all areas of the city via several bus routes. To make the most of the bus system while in Christchurch, visitors can download the Moov it app beforehand, which is highly recommended.

On street parking is free outside the development and the surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by.

Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.

Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

    Our plans changed after realising this was not a neighbourhood we wanted to spend time in. The property itself looked brand new and well kept from the outside. Communication was excellent from the managers.

    Fantastic stay in New Brighton. We loved being near He Puna Taimoana, going for walks on the beach and discovering the local wetlands. We enjoyed the local cafes and found a great Thai place.The apartment is very comfortable and well set up. Our older son loved having his own space, and everything works well and has been carefully thought out. As an added bonus, the little desk is PERFECT for writing - I'd think about coming back on my own for an extended writing retreat.The design of kitchen, bathroom and storage spaces works well, and having the apartment spread over three stories makes it feel special. Communication with the manager was excellent - warm, responsive and friendly. Nothing felt like a problem. Highly recommended - we'd love to stay here again.

    This is a very nice newer property that has three levels (ground- bedroom, and bathroom); 1st - couch, TV, kitchen/dining; 2nd - bedroom and bathroom). The beach is across the street and up a hill with a peer a short walk away. There is dining at the peer but we were there over Easter weekend and the restaurant closed early. In between the peer and the property is a hot tub/pool (pay-for-use), that I would have pre-booked had we known. There are also a few other eating options in the area as well as grocery, but again, due to Easter weekend, everything was closed. The property again was newer and well stocked with the exception of paper towels. I wished we had an extra day to explore the area and the city of Christchurch more, but in the end this property was very nice and provided ample (free) on-street parking.
