Stayed Aug 16, 2025The location is wonderful, the problem is the townhouse. It needs maintenance and a good cleaning. When we got there the floors had sand on them. There was no broom or mop provided (had to buy one). The vaccuum is very dirty and does not work in the house. Carpeting in rooms is dirty and stained. Kitchen sink does not work properly, exhaust fan over oven not working properly, garage door does not work, bathrooms have mold in corners and couch has seen it's day. There is no grass in the backyard, just dirt. If they took care of the place it would be beautiful, it's a shame

Stayed Aug 9, 2025Overall super. We have a few comments : 1- almost no water pressure in the kitchen sink, this must be fixed, really an irritant after a week. 2- all the sofas smelled very strong of wet dog. We had to use fabreez on the fabric twice to get it to a tolerable level. 3- on arrival we felt sand on all surfaces on the ground level (table, counters…), the cleaning crew must be carefull about this. 4- the upper level TV in the family room is not fonctionnal. Like I said, overall super, just a few things to correct.

Stayed Dec 29, 2017Shared some quality family time December 29th - January 1st. Accommodations were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery. Beds were very comfortable. Aaron was most helpful with any of our concerns or questions. Would rent again for sure.
