Stayed Mar 30, 2024Lovely property! Looks just like the pictures with extras! I have stayed in the sandestin resort area before, this home was much better. Golf carts were great to get around and go to the beach without the hassle of finding parking. We would definitely stay here again.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited during the week of Thanksgiving and the entire stay was wonderful. I only had one minor concern regarding one of the golf carts and they sent a technician out within a couple of hours, which showed they truly value their customers. I would definitely recommend staying here while in the Destin area.

There were 8 adults on our trip and we had a wonderful time. Communication was great with Beach Blue as well. The golf carts are a huge plus, and we were so grateful to have them on our trip! Be advised - the parking situation is very particular (due to the community rules, not the rental company) and you will be fined for parking outside of those parameters. You are warned about this multiple times before your stay, so just make sure to heed the warning. All in all, a 10/10 stay and we hope to return next year. Thank you!

Stayed Aug 26, 2024Overall the property is exactly as described BEAUTIFUL! The only issue were related to House Keeping and are no reflection on the property or the property owner as she was very responsive and empathetic: - Cleanliness of home on check-in was average. I saw empty water bottles under console and dirt on the walls and floors, reported to house keeping, but they never addressed the cleanliness issue. - The sheets and towels, although might have been clean were stained. I prefer sheets and towels that are not stained. My guest felt the same. Housekeeping sent someone to change sheets and brought extra towels. - The beds were hard, I have a bad back and knee problems, so it was not comfortable to me. My guest felt the same with the other beds. I still recommend the property and would definitely, stay here again!

And, having 2 golf carts was a wonderful added bonus! The management company was very responsive with our questions. Truly, everything was perfect! We would stay here again!
