This is not as described! Carpet filthy. The area was in a bad neighborhood with Crime watch. Was a 22 minute walk on major roads not as described 10 minute walk. Electricity was cut off while we were there. Water was leaking from ceiling on dining room table.
The property photographs larger than what the actual house is. I had my bachelorette weekend there with 7 other people and it was smaller than expected. I had communicated that it was a bachelorette party and was still addressed by “Mr” in a communication. I was sent a message earlier in the day from the host saying that we were allowed to come by the property to drop off luggage etc and was given the door code, but when my maid of honor went to the house to drop things off, she was honked at my the host and then asked what she was doing very rudely. Once being able to check in and get there, the house was at 82 degrees. The host had communicated after the fact that the AC unit had gone out that morning and to just update them if it doesn’t cool down. The house never made it under 78 degrees the whole weekend. It was hot and uncomfortable and we were nervous to turn on some of the fans due to them not being fully flush to the ceiling and would shake when turned on the lowest setting. I had also reached out about the check out process, as there weren’t any directions communicated or on the property listing, and never received a response back. Overall, it was just okay and I’m glad we had plans for the weekend that took us out of the house and into places that had a working AC. There should also be directions on how to use the keypad to lock the door…..because there wasn’t.
