All bedrooms as well as the common areas offer ceiling fans for your comfort, and you’ll find hardwood floors throughout the home with the exception of tiled bathrooms.

Outside, the partially covered front porch offers glimpses of the Atlantic and furniture for dining or relaxing and wraps around one side of the home to a generous back deck where you can soak in the sunshine. Look out over the grassy backyard, where a small copse of trees shades an attractive seating area with a natural bench fashioned from a fallen trunk.
