Carillon Beach is on the edge of 30A. It`s a small beach community with a lot of heart! Close to all the best things that 30A and Panama City Beach have to offer but private and less busy than the surrounding areas.

Kids can freely/safely ride bikes in the neighborhood and enjoy access to all the pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, and basketball court!

BEACH ACCESS:
There are multiple beach accesses throughout the neighborhood. All about a 5-10 min walk!

BIKE/SURF/PADDLEBOARD/KAYAK RENTALS:
Visit the beach supply store, Shipwreck, in downtown Carillon to reserve, or call to book ahead of your stay!

GOLF CART RENTALS:
Coastal Carts: This is the only Golf Cart rental insured in Carillon Beach

ARRIVING BY AIR:
~25 min drive to Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP)
~45 min drive to Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS)

Please remember that you are staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES: We provide the following starter supplies but once they are used it is the guest’s responsibility to restock: Paper Towel Roll, Toilet Paper, Dish Soap, Sponge, Dish Detergent Pods, Laundry Pods/Powder, Shampoo, Conditioner, Bar Soap, Hand Soap, Garbage Bags
PARKING PASSES: Entry to the neighborhood requires a $35 guest parking pass per car! Please keep an eye out for a separate email with a link to add vehicle and payment details.
Occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale; however, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

No tape on the walls.
No shoes in the home.
NO SMOKING (Of any kind): $250 fine
If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first.

PETS: We love our fur animals and allow up to 2 dogs in this unit. Please note that there is a non-refundable $150 pet fee.
