The Good: Inside of house is very updated and spacious. Wrap around porches and balconies were nice.The Bad: This is a key entry and there was only one key. Kind of hard to share one key with 4 people. The Ugly: Major water leak from upstairs master bath down onto the kitchen table. Called the emergency line and they said they would send somebody out. They didn't and we couldn't use the master bath for 2 days out of our 4 days there. You could tell by older damage on the ceiling this problem happened previously. Second Ugly was the cleaning crew trying to enter property at 7:30 AM on Sunday (our last day). Check out process specifically said 10:00 AM check out with no late checkouts and an additional charge if you violate that. Disappointing they didn't follow their own rules. Pretty sure they can sort these issues out but we won't stay at the property again. We paid too much for this type of experience and no resolution offered.

We had a great time, house was very clean. We enjoyed the pool, it was beautiful and water was crystal clear. We have stayed at many places in Destin, but this was by far the best one. Easy check-in and check-out, no issues with the property and neighborhood was lovely.

The location of this house is fantastic - less than a five minute walk to Miramar Beach. The area is quiet and lots of restaurants nearby. It’s a little ways away from the craziness of Destin but close enough to enjoy those activities too. It was nice to have the two beach chairs available but we didn’t really use them. The house was large, clean, and as described. The key system they use was a bit outdated and the doors were difficult. The house would work best for 6 people or less. The couches are heavily worn out and only 5 can sit comfortably. They need to update the seating in the family area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The pool was the perfect size. The master bathroom shower started leaking onto the kitchen ceiling! We called maintenance and they arrived quickly but were not able to fix the issue while we were there. Hopefully they address soon! Overall, a good home for a family of 5-6, close to Miramar Beach.

Great experience! The house was extremely clean and very convenient. Everything was just as it was listed. We will definitely book again if we Destin is where we are traveling and they have the availability!

This house is exactly as advertised. The property is neat, about 100 yards easy walk to beach and includes beach amenities of the Condo Bldg. The rental is completely bare upon arrival (no leftover pantry staples e.g). The management team is very responsive to calls and/or messages and were very helpful when called upon. We is enjoyed the stay and would recommend this unit to either families or friends.

The property was every nice and accurately described in description.Beach is much closer than described.The pool is nice but can’t be heated so this spot is best when temperatures are high.Overall good stay and would rent property again.

The property could not be located in a better place! Walking distance to the beach and all stores and restaurants you need! The house was clean and comfortable. The host responded quickly when we needed. The beach was clean and peaceful. We totally recommend this house!

The house was fantastic! It was very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. It feels just like being at home. All the pictures are exactly what you get with the house. The beach is not a far walk at all and it was great to have beach service. We also enjoyed having our own pool. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend.
