Beach Stay Getaway! 3BD/2BA Oasis (#MH149A)

Gorgeous house with plenty of room. Overall a great stay, and loved the location. Great space underneath for those nights it was great to sit outside. Great porch too.

Kim was an excellent host all around. Great communicator, and answered any questions we almost immediately! Home was as beautiful as described, great location. Would 100% again stay in this home. Below deck (outdoor) living room area was the feature of the home! Thanks again Kim!

MH149A The house is took care of, So Clean, it has everything you need, just bring your Clothes. Towels and Linens included. We have stayed twice, and plan on coming next summer too! Kim is wonderful to work with! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need. Lots of extras, in the golf cart garage, lots of beach chairs, and games. Wonderful house!. Thanks

For the last 9 years we have vacationed on OL, this home is jam packed with everything you need and more. The owner is transparent and very easy to work with, she definitely went above and beyond for us. We will be back!

Love this place. We’ve stayed at a lot of house in ocean lakes and this one is one of our favorites.

It didn’t appear very well cleaned when we got there.You could feel sand on the floor. Three of the boogie boards were broke or unrivaled. One of the frying pans were in bad shape and needed to be disposed of. I really didn’t like the fact we were threatened by charging us extra money if certain things were not done.Such as if you used the grill and didn’t clean it properly then extra 50.00.We’ve stayed in a lot of beach homes but don’t believe with as many rules as this one. We did leave the house better than we found it. Will be looking for our deposit back. I believe you need to get some other company to keep check on this house.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, didn’t have to worry about packing all the extra things because Kim has it all!! We have stayed at Ocean Lakes for many years and it’s our first house we’ve rented that had all the necessities. Thank you Kim for sharing your beautiful house with us, I will definitely contact you when we plan our next beach trip!!

Couldn’t ask for better accommodations. Literally everything you can think of is already there. Takes a lot of work out of vacationing so you can truly enjoy your time. Definitely recommend.

Very nice place! There were plenty of spices and dishes to cook. Plenty of space to have family over, including the downstairs bar and fire pit area. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We used the place as a common point for family to meet up for our annual Thanksgiving gathering. Two couples (and one infant) stayed on property but there was plenty of space for parents and siblings to gather for dinner and board games in the evenings. The included golf cart was a great perk, and the house location was good. Overall a great stay!

The house is beautiful, she even labels everything for you even the light switches. The attention to detail is amazing. The host’s communication is second to none. She tells you everything and I repeat everything you need to know to enjoy your stay! Cannot wait to stay here again

If I could I would give them 10 more stars. This was by far the best stay we ever had at Ocean Lakes. Kim is an amazing host and went above and beyond after we had stay longer due to the hurricane.

House was well equipped for whatever you may need! Plenty of beach items(toys, chairs,mats, etc). Included linens so we didn’t need to lug those(huge plus). East to locate within the campground. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very well kept and had absolutely everything you needed for this trip. Very spacious and comfortable and lots of fun and games included in the house! I highly recommend this property and anything else Kim had her hand in, she’s great!

Great one level house with everything you could ever need and more! My wife loved the washer and dryer. It is very nice! We will stay here again.

Pictures do not do it justice. Five full stars since that's all I can give it. Kim is a great host. Best place we've stayed in Ocean Lakes by far with so much to do for our two children. My kids just loved the two individual swings! Cart newly updated as well. Very nice location as well.

Had a wonderful time and the accommodations were just right for our family. The huge deck was a great place for our small ones to play and the family to enjoy being together. Will stay here again.

our family of six had a wonderful beach trip at the beach house. Everything was great with booking and check in. The house was located in a great area for us right near the gate easy to access easy to get in. The house was very clean and was fully stocked and I mean fully. our favorite part of this beach house was the only thing we had to pack was clothes. Everything was fully stocked, including corn, holes linens, paper towels, beach, chairs, games, and more. Kim was very responsive and made our trip easy to book! we hope to say here again sometime if you’re thinking about booking this house, do it you won’t regret it!!

We enjoyed our first trip to Ocean Lakes MH149a so much the first time that we booked again for this year. Pulling into Kim's property just puts you right into that Vacation State of Mind. The decor and outdoor living spaces just makes you feel so at home and relaxed. Being our 2nd year here we felt less pressure to experience all things Myrtle Beach and we spent the bulk of our vacation just simply hanging out as a family at the house and around the campground. There is just something special about waking up in the morning and the only real decision you have to make is play putt-putt, paint ceramics, or hang out at the beach. That is the kind of stress that I can really get used to...lol. The house is always clean, well taken care of, and Kim is an amazing host. We had some questions when we first arrived and Kim responded immediately and made sure that we were well taken care of. We have done quite a few vacation rentals over the years and I can say confidently that Kim has something special here. The effort that she has placed on making sure that everything runs smoothly from the initial booking to the check out process is top notch. There are no details that are not covered or included in the app that goes along with this property. We certainly hope that you are not getting sick of us Kim because we are planning to come back and stay with you for another year!! P.S. the new BBQ grill is awesome!
