Beach & Spa themed Villa * Sunny South facing Pool with No Rear Neighbour!

Beautiful place, great location, check-in/out was smooth, everything worked, great communication with the hosts. We have stayed in many houses around the area over the years and it’s the first time we can say it’s a house we would be happy to visit in again!

This was our fourth time in Orlando and third time in Solterra and we really enjoyed this home the most. The process began with a very easy reservation interaction and smooth and easy communication with Gary. Once that was complete, Anita took over and addressed any and all questions or concerns with the house, and she too was incredibly communicative in a fast and friendly way. The house itself is wonderful and just as described in the listing. It is decorated in a way that lets you know great care was taken into consideration in curating all of the Knick knacks and decor. Really fun and warm and inviting. We were there with our family - two adults and four adult aged kids and we all loved the general layout and attention to detail. As other have mentioned the pool area is just great and the lanai Is perfect for when you want to step out of the sun but still be with the family outside. We had no problems at all while we were there, but it’s a house and one can expect some issue to arise. I have great confidence in Anita and Gray that they would address any concern immediately. We had a wonderful stay and were sad to leave.

Gary and Anita have a beautiful place and were great hosts! We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. The open floor plan was very family friendly and the renovated kitchen was pretty and functional. The game room was so much fun for the kids. The family enjoyed the outdoor patio space and the south facing exposure helped warm us and the pool

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay in this property and can strongly recommend it for family visits to the area. It is a very well presented and comfortable home. The living areas are spacious and all the rooms are nicely fitted out with modern and well maintained equipment / fittings that help to make it feel like home from home. The back yard with pool, hot tub and seating area are perfect for relaxing at home in the nice weather. There is also the excellent resort club available just a 5 min walk away with much larger pool and lazy river if you want to stretch out a bit more in the water (there is parking too). The location is handy for most of the major tourist sites focused around southern and central Orlando (Disney etc) which are anything between a 20 - 50 min drive away. This largely depends on your timing and thereby the traffic. The I4 in particular can get very congested. This is typical for most 'base' locations around Orlando though as it can be hard to avoid the I4 with some of the more popular attractions in mind. We liked this particular location because we wanted to venture away from Orlando too, and that was easy because Davenport is on the edge of the city. Finally we couldn't have asked for more friendly and helpful hosts with Gary and Anita who own the property. Their communication was excellent before and throughout the stay and they were always just a quick email response away if there were any queries.

The property, property Manager and owners are all fantastic. Exactly as advertised, even with the added feature of hurricane Milton. This was our Plan B as hurricane Helene foiled Plan A. Owners, Anita and Gary are simply the best. Top notch communication throughout our stay. Property Manager made sure we were prepared for the hurricane and most importantly the house is solid as a rock! All amenities are as advertised. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, so pleasant! We didn't have HURRICANE on our BINGO card, nevertheless our stay was great and we will be back! Don't hesitate to book this property. You will not be disappointed.

Anita is the best answering and getting back to you. The house is well equipped, good location and great security at the main entrance as well.

We had an excellent time here. The host for the Villa was amazing. They communicated everything and was very easy to get ahold of before our stay and during if needed. They worked with us on our special request. The house was definitely what the pictures show. It was nice and roomy for our family. There was lots of things to do for our family especially on a rainy day. The hosts made us feel like home. Will definitely stay there again on our next vacation in Florida.

Anita and Gary are great hosts. Their house was perfect for our family, everything exactly how it was listed. Anita is very responsive and it is always checking in on how we were dping. Definitely recommend their place.

This house was well appointed, clean, in the communication was perfect. Highly recommend for the comfortable beds, options within the house, space for everyone to take some personal time and the setting. Lovely stay! :-)

Everything you need, can't think of anything that we needed that wasn't available, As discribed plus some. If anyone wasn't happy with a stay here I'm not not sure what would make them happy.
