Stayed Jul 24, 2025We recently stayed in this condo in Gulf Shores, and while the complex itself is beautiful and peaceful, the unit left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, the entryway was unswept and had cobwebs on the door—not a great first impression. Inside, the condo didn’t have a warm or welcoming feel.The WiFi never worked during our stay, and although communication with the owner was initially prompt, we never received a response after reporting a hallway outlet that was sticking out of the wall—definitely a safety concern. The freezer wasn’t clean, and the baking sheets and pans stored under the oven were also dirty. The dryer was packed with lint and sand, which made it ineffective. Additionally, the TV in the master bedroom never connected.The beds were soft and cozy, but overall, the unit did not meet our expectations—especially compared to other condos in the same complex where our family stayed, which were noticeably cleaner and more comfortable.Unfortunately, we would not rebook this particular condo.
