Beach Roost | Private Beach Access Retreat

This house was great for our family vacation of 16 people. Plenty of space. Hibachi grill was perfect for pancakes in the mornings.

We had a fantastic time at the beachfront property in Panama City Beach with my family reunion. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and you loved the direct beach access and the view from the second-floor deck. The kitchen was so easy to cook for 20 and the beds were comfortable Plus, the location was super convenient with walking distance to stores, shops and bars and restaurants

Great location, right off beach. Flooring in kitchen needs replaced, was rough on feet. Dryer quit working the last night of stay. No kids bunk bed room as advertised. Be sure to bring t.p, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laudry soap, and trash bags because not enough was left to use so had to buy more. Path to beach overgrown, needs majorly trimmed. Back patio gross with weeds and sand all over, upkeep of property is lacking in several areas for what the cost is to stay. Outdoor shower minimal and no mat to stand on either.

After renting multiple condos for our large family, we decided a house would be better fit and the Beach Roost was the perfect place. Very clean and plenty of room. Our kids and grandkids loved the house. The hibachi grill was a big hit and the beach access was awesome. The communication with Warren Beach Rentals was excellent before our arrival date and throughout the week. We had one issue with the dryer but after contacting management, they had someone out that evening and kept us updated. Would definitely rent again with Warren Beach Rentals. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Our extended family had a wonderful week in Beach Roost! Plenty of room for 12 adults and 5 children. The location gives the paradox of an uncrowded beach within close distance of Pier Park, many restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. The house was super clean and very well equipped. We really enjoyed the chef's kitchen, even enjoyed a delicious dinner of shrimp fried rice cooked on the hibachi grill!

The property was easy to find and well located within the town. The kitchen utensils were well stocked, the rooms pristine,the AC worked great through the whole house. The beach toys and chairs made walking right down to the beach a breeze. The views waking up to were stunning. The propertyanagement team was in great communication through the whole trip. Cant wait to book again here the next vacation!

The house was very clean and is in a great location. I Will definitely be using Warren Beach rentals for my upcoming trips.

Update refrigerator A pool would be great

We had a blast!!!!! The house was beautiful, super clean, and we loved the hibachi grill!!!!!! Sunsets were gorgeous and can be viewed from the porch swing upstairs. Being right on the beach made it worth it. Kids and adults alike, would come and go all day. If you wanted to go in to rest/eat, you could. If you wanted to stay all day in the sun, you could. The convenience of being on the beach made it so easy to accommodate everyone and their individual interests. Thanks Warren Beach Rentals!!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Roost. This house was perfect for the size of our family and the extra cottage that was detached was perfect for our teenagers. The kitchen was perfect with their in-home hibachi grill. The walk to the beach was perfect and was a perfect home to come back to. Thanks for letting us stay there!
