Rental Agreement:

    This is a mixed review. The property is ideally located, within easy walk to the beach. The structure is adequate and well kept but very scantly furnished, especially for the price. The sleeper sofa is very small and even if you could fit two people, which is doubtful, the room does not have light blocking curtains, so it's very bright. The master bedroom is an open studio, as you can see from the photos, but the downstairs does not have a door so it's all one space. The property is for 4 people but there isn't a table to eat a meal at, either inside or outside. There is a tall kitchen counter, but with only two bar stools! Also, a mismatch of cups and other kitchen items. The blanket on the master bed was very thin, and there wasn't another available or any extra linens at all. The outside patio is pretty shabby and is the only property that is not enclosed by a wooden fence. As for management, the welcome basket is just a bunch of informative papers, the free donuts on arrival weren't there (apparently they ran out, then the next day it was closed), and when I tried to use the washer it stopped before the cycle was complete. Too bad because it could be a nice property and the location is excellent, but needs some TLC.

    The property owner was extremely nice and easy to communicate with. I was sent messages periodically on the next steps taken to ensure our best vacation experience. The townhouse was extremely clean and very spacious! It was the absolute best home away from home!

    This was my family and I first time in Destin and I must say Easy Vacation Services made sure we had everything at our fingertips whether it was fine dining options, family fun, and/or emergency contacts. I must say they had everything figured out for us. We will be returning and using Easy Vacation Services in the future.

    Short walk and easy access to beach and restaurants. Townhouse was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Enjoyed the patio and upstairs balcony.

    Loved this place. Neighborhood is an older one, but unit has a recent makeover and is very fresh, clean and bright. Public access to the beach is a 5 minute walk via the boardwalk along the rear of the property. Several good choices for food also within walking distance. We will be back.

    The house is extremely comfortable and clean. Location is perfect, with many things walk-distance and at the same time quiet and peaceful. Also, management are very communicative and makes everything extremely easy! We will come back for sure

    We loved this property. We discussed wanting to buy a unit exactly like it! It was clean, beautiful and close to the beach. There were added amenities that the owners did for us that were pleasant surprises and made the stay even more special. I wish we had gotten to stay longer! It was incredibly easy to checkin, the washer and dryer were convenient! It was decorated wonderfully. We did not have a car so having coffee for the keurig, and essentials like toothpastes etc would have been so useful but covid has messed all this up. We will definitely look for this unit on our return. This stay was to celebrate our anniversary and visit friends but we will be traveling more often to this area for business soon.
