Great house! Very accurate description. Host very responsive for a few minor issues. All the beach stuff you need, chairs, umbrellas and bikes. We will be back!

Great location and very cute home

Very relaxing! Great location for beach, ferry, cocktails, dinner and walks. Used the deck a lot. Coffee, cocktails and reading!

This is one of the nicest houses I’ve stayed at in Fire Island. Good AC, water pressure, etc. It’s on the border with Seaview so it’s only a 10 minute walk to Ocean Beach but the address is technically OBP so you are free to bring food/drinks to the beach. Also only a 5 minute walk to the ferry. I would rent it again.

It is unfortunate that VRBO does not have some guidelines for their postings, this house listed a hot tub, there is not a hot tub. The house is small but comfortable with fewer people than it sleeps.

We had a great time 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the restaurants, modern kitchen, comfortable living room and bedrooms, the AC worked well.

We loved our stay. Location was perfect, not too far from the busy Ocean Beach but quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Only issue was lack of AC in the small bedroom upstairs so the teens were hot! Also would appreciate a real bed in the adjacent room, rather than a futon. Otherwise, no complaints! Thank you, would love to be back.

Quaint and lovely house in a great location, next to tennis courts, down the road from the beach and walking distance to everything. The separate floors with bedrooms on each floor made it a very comfortable stay for our family. The outdoor shower is blissful especially in a heatwave. The air conditioning system could be upgraded, as could the bikes but none of this stopped us from having a splendid time.

Very roomy, clean home to vacation in. Needs a little updating outside but it really didn't affect our stay.
