Beach Paradise: 2-Minute Walk to Cocoa Beach & Pier!

Check in was seamless and communication was great. Everything was clean and well stocked. We were even notified that we could check in early if we would like. In three short days we visited the space center, my son took a surf lesson near the pier and we took a bioluminescence tour. The screen porch was perfect to start each day and relax each evening. This home is the perfect home base for all that Cocoa Beach has to offer.

We stayed over spring break with a quick booking. Jim was very accommodating and helped us with any questions and recommendations. The unit was just as listed. It is 3 minutes walk to the beach. You can hear the waves sitting on the porch. The home has everything that you would need. It is very clean and inviting. We had no problems the entire stay, and definitely would come back if we chose Cocoa Beach again. We walked to breakfast the first morning. The Ron Jon store and The Cocoa Beach Pier are within walking distance too. Many great restaurants are within walking distance.

This home is in a great location for walking to the less busy side of Cocoa Beach. It was a perfect base for our teenagers to have some independence and for us to have some peace and quiet. We enjoyed the screened in porch a lot too. Also loved that we could walk to the pier and to Fish Camp. Grocery store is nearby as well (though you wouldn’t want to walk there). Host was very helpful and easy to work with. I didn’t realize that the main bathroom doesn’t have a shower (it is listed accurately but I didn’t catch it) but that wasn’t a big deal since we purposely didn’t have a schedule. We had a super enjoyable stay! Thanks Jim!

Great place to stay! A block from the beach and close to downtown Cocoa Beach. Jim was very responsive when we had questions and gave us the contact info for his assistant/housecleaner in case we had any issues. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes and utensils, which allowed us to easily prepare some quick meals at the house. The screened in porch and outdoor patio area was very cute and even had an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Overall, I would recommend this house! We had a great time!

This host was very responsive to questions at check-in and throughout the stay. The bungalow is comfortable for 2 adults and a short 1 block walk to the beach was terrific. Screened porch and open patio allowed for comfortable outdoor enjoyment. The entire unit has been updated and in good condition. Kitchen well outfitted with pots/pans dishes for cooking light meals. Host quickly remediated an issue with coffee pot that needed to be replaced. Good view of Falcon 9 launches a definite plus.

This property was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable and very close to beach access.
