Located right in the middle of all that happiness, Beach N Bay is the island vacation cottage duplex that's so tropical and fun, you'll swear you can hear steel drums!
Ideally situated at the corner of Spring and Crescent Avenues, it's right in the middle of everything the village of Anna Maria has to offer.

The 21' x 12' pool is private for this side of the duplex. It is being heated and cooled to the perfect temperature all year round at a cost of $150.00 per week. Please no smoking inside, in the lanai, or by the pool area. This is a smoke free property! There is a designated smoking area by the fire pit in front of the house. If you like hanging out under the sun and stars when you're in Florida, Beach N Bay will be the perfect place to call home! Be sure to pack your mini drink umbrellas because you'll want to jump right in the pool, tropical drink in hand, and soak up the Anna Maria sunshine! This fantastic, private saltwater pool isn't just heated for wintertime enjoyment, it's one of only a handful of pools on the Island that are cooled for those hot summer months! At one end you'll find a tanning ledge, designed for sunbathing with your toes in the water - also a great place to supervise little ones. On the other end you'll find a swim-up bar table and stools, as well as a spa. Lovely bronze herons serve as deck jets, shooting water into the pool. Your outdoor amenities are rounded out with a big grill that offers options for smoking, as well as cooking with gas or with charcoal. There's also a drink cooler, a firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, an outdoor shower, and a screened porch with flat panel TV.

The weekly pool heat/cool fee is $150.00. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86 F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

PET POLICY

Beach N Bay 206 is a pet friendly property for a maximum of 2 dogs up to 50 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each week. Short stays are not prorated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.
Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns, the following breeds or crossbreeds are not permitted:

    The property and location were both fantastic. Staying on Anna Maria with easy access to shops and the beach is wonderful, but we honestly found ourselves spending more time in the pool and ordering food to the doorstep because the property is that pleasant. If I had to reach to find something to complain about, it would be that the pool only has a jetted spa and not a separate controlled/temperature hot tub, but that was honestly the least of our worries in the Florida summer :)

    This property was excellent. Perfect location - two blocks to the beach and one block from Pine Ave shops and restaurants. The pool and outdoor area is insane! Garage was packed with all the beach accessories - umbrellas, chairs, toys, wagon, cooler, etc. Property Mgr was friendly and quick to address any concerns. Highly recommend for families of 4 or less!!

    This property was great in terms of location. It is about equal distance to go to the bayside or to the beach front. Easy walk but rented a golf cart to minimize the haul of beach items and beat the sun. The house was in good shape minus the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly (not cold enough) and the AC wasn't working all that well. I understand the Florida hot summer weather but my family and I also have stayed at other properties at AMI and didn't have that issues in prior years. The management company try to remedy the refrigerator and ended up working out for us but had to jump through some hoops. The house's pool was great and the outdoor furniture provided were in excellent condition. It was nice to sit in the pool under the shade of the umbrellas and it was a clean pool. The house was stocked with beach items like umbrellas and chairs. There was a cooler and buggy as well. It definitely fit the need of my family of 4.

    We loved this house- had everything we needed except for kids toys, so we bought some and left them in the garage. Close proximity to beach and pier, and the cooled/heated pool was amazing. Would def rent here again.

    The house was well-located in a quiet area close to some neighborhood restaurants and stores, many within walking distance. North Anna Maria Island seems to be away from the madding crowd centers of gravity. The house was small but cute and well-equipped and comfortable. For a couple with a dog or maybe a family with two youth-age kids, it's perfect. The highlight of the property is a really neat small pool with all kinds of features for lounging. We loved it. North Anna Maria Island in May had a family vibe with quite a few children and multi-generational groups. Almost everybody is friendly.

    Perfect location to the beach, bay and the town center. The pool was a perfect complement to the beach. This was a well kept property, and we will stay there again if we go back to AMI.
