Be sure to pack your mini drink umbrellas because you'll will have a tropical drink in hand, and soak up the Anna Maria sunshine! Your outdoor amenities are rounded out with a big grill cooking with gas. There's also a drink cooler, a firepit surrounded by patio chairs, an outdoor shower, and a screened porch with flat panel TV.

Rent the other side of this duplex with the pool with heating and cooling capabilities to accommodate up to 8 people under one roof! Call for occupancy details.

Beach N Bay 204 has two parking spots reserved for guests.

Beach N Bay 204 allows dogs up to 50 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each week. Short stays are not prorated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

    The location of this property was perfect! Just a few blocks from the beach and a few blocks from the bay. Clearly the name Beach n Bay is completely accurate. Also, the location is just a few blocks from the restaurants and stores. The property was adorable, spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Just like the pictures. I would book again at this location. Absolutely wonderful!

    The property was excellent for all of our needs. We felt at home for our week stay. The house is placed in a very quiet neighborhood, but had easy access to the bay, ocean and local shops. We would stay again if given the opportunity!
