Stayed Aug 3, 2024Very clean place and well decorated. Convenient to the beach and restaurants near by. We loved that it had a storage shed by the parking lot to store our beach stuff and not have to carry it upstairs. The owners were very nice and they texted us when the room was ready. Thank you ! We will stay there next year !

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Comfortable, renovated townhouse in a quiet area of OC. Kitchen is fully stocked which made cooking easy. The multiple beds in the rooms accommodated our large family nicely. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony morning and evening. We will definitely consider staying again next year! Only improvement that would be nice to see would be a blackout curtain across each level of glass sliding door instead of vertical blinds, especially in the 2 bedrooms to block out the early morning sun.

Stayed Jul 10, 2021This place was the perfect location for me and my family. We usually stay at the Avalon right next door, but needed just a little more space. The layout was great and each bedroom had ample privacy. The space could have been a little cleaner, but overall was fine. Our biggest issue was that the AC would not go below 72 and we felt hot most of our stay there. However, we enjoyed the stay and would recommend if you don't mind a slightly warmer home in the summer.

Stayed Aug 8, 2020Beautiful townhome very short walk to the beach. Covered parking, soft beds, ease of communication with hosts, clean, loved having multiple balconies, close to grocery store. Would love to stay there again!
