"Leave of Absence" is our beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, fully updated kitchen Townhouse! The community offers a community pool and intracoastal waterfront. You're a three minute walk to the beach, and right next to bike rentals and Ice Cream! Walk to several restaurants/bars, boat rentals, or a short drive to Clearwater and St. Pete beaches, John's Pass, Indian Rocks Beach, Downtown St Pete, Dunedin and more! So much to do! This townhouse is our 2nd home, and it's equipped with furnishings, bedding, towels, kitchen items and accessories that make it feel like home for all who stay! We're local boaters and can share details about boating if you'd like! Indian Shores is a quiet little beach town where you can relax and forget about your worries! Let your toes get sandy and the Gulf of Mexico wash away your worries! Beach towels, chairs & umbrella, beach toys for the kids, and life jackets available for your convenience. There are 2 kayaks if you want to be adventurous! Our community is situated on the Intracoastal and just across the street from the beach. You get the best of both worlds! We have a community pool on the intracoastal where you'll get great breezes and lots of sunshine! There's a community dock where you can fish, or just sit and enjoy the boats and dolphins going by.
There is so much to do it's hard to include everything! If you want a vacation to just relax and leave the hustle and bustle behind, Indian Shores is it!! If you're wanting more adventure, we have that too! Boating, Beaching, Shelling, Dolphin and Manatee sightings are normal around here-we've never been boating without a sighting! There are wonderful and delicious local restaurants, great bakeries, and amazing coffee shops and great shopping! We have activities for families (big and small), the adventure seekers, and even sports fans!
You're a 40 minute drive from Tampa Int'l airport, or a 30 minute drive from St. Pete/Clearwater Int'l airport. 30 minutes from downtown St. Pete where you can explore great restaurants, shopping and noteworthy museums! If you're a sports fan you can catch a Tampa Bay Rays, Bucs or Lightning game and perhaps Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays during spring training! If you're a thrill seeker, there are plenty of things to do: boating, water ski, wave runners, deep sea fishing, and you can visit Busch Gardens. If you're a nature lover, we have LOTS of parks to visit that offer trails for all kinds of levels of activity. We even have a state park that's only accessible by boat!
We live in Tampa, and know the Tampa, St. Pete, Beaches and even Orlando areas very well and we're here to help! We would love to share our love of the area with you!
