Beach House w/ Roof Deck, outdoor shower, firepit & AC!

The property was comfortable, clean, and had everything necessary for a beach vacation. We enjoyed proximity to the beach, sunrises on the roof top deck and dinners on the large table under the lighted tree. We all had a great time.

We were extremely happy with this rental, This neighborhood was LOVELY, walking distance to treehouse brewery- which also is on first beach (dog friendly!) it is very rocky, so be prepared! We chose to drive and park at the canal visitor center for easier transportation. The kids LOVED watching the big boats go by and walking on the jetti. On the other side of the street was town neck beach- also walking distance, we drove and dropped off our stuff then parked at the house and walked. No need to make lunches- walking back to the house for a break to walk the dogs was perfect! Town neck beach also provides access to the sandwich boardwalk- gorgeous views all day and night! You can also bridge jump off it!! Dogs aren’t allowed on the boardwalk though or town neck until after 4:30 when guards leave. The river at love tide was another hidden gem. Sitting on the boardwalk side at low tide was so fun for the kids, we found hermit crabs and shrimp and they floated on tubes down the river!! Shipwreck ice cream was so close and we had many nights of ice creams next to a fire on the beach! Both first beach and town neck allow it and TJ provided firewood for our use!! The yard at the house was a bit smaller than pictured but perfect for our needs- outdoor shower amazing. Plenty of beds (all comfortable- the twins could use a little tightening). The roof deck was perfect. The firepit under the twinkle lights and dinner on the large table was amazing. Will definitely be back!!

House was AMAZING...thank you very much. The beach is right across the street and Tree House Brewery is a 0.3 mile walk from the house. A plus was that it was hot and humid during our stay and the central air worked perfectly. What I am going to miss is sitting outside next to the fire pit. Def can not wait until next year to book again.

Perfect home for our family. It had everything we needed for a wonderful get away. Very clean and nicely decorated. Great location. The hosts were very attentive.

Thank you Kate and TJ. The accuracy of the online listing is spot on. The rooms are bigger than the pictures. The kitchen is fully stocked for the family chefs! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The outdoor shower was perfect. It is a great location for a family summer getaway!

Our stay at Kate & TJs beach house was so much fun. The house was older but clean and had all the amenities of home. We particularly loved the roof deck and large outdoor patio dining table under the magnolia tree. The outdoor shower was also amazing! The beach was about a quarter mile walk which us & the kids didn’t mind (just a little far for my 70 year old parents in the summer heat)- just something to note when booking. We also loved that it was a short walk to TreeHouse Brew Co! It really was a wonderful summer getaway where happy memories were made! I would definitely come back!

We loved staying at this home in Sandwich. The house itself is very clean and comfortable and the rooftop deck is incredible. We also enjoyed being so close to the beach and being able to see the beautiful sunrises each morning. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe but it's still close to the bridges and easy to get to the rest of the Cape. We really fell in love with this place.

Totally wonderful stay. Home was clean, neat and welcoming. It was a real beach stay! Fun to sit out side and grill, the out door patio was lovely. Shower was amazing outside after the beach, and roof top deck was spectacular. So glad to be able to come back to my home town and be so close to the beach. Short drive to Sandwich Glass Museum, and lovely restaurants. Thank you Kate and TJ.

If your looking to get away from the bustle of tourist areas, this house offers a nice setting with great views from its roof top deck. Relax by the firepit at night with your favorite wine. A short drive to larger public beaches or to the Nantucket ferry to enjoy sight seeing and restaurants.

Katie and TJ’s beach house had everything we needed for a true Cape experience. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach where we enjoyed the sand and Bay. The house had a little red wagon which made the walk to the beach a real adventure for kids. We even saw curious seals popping up out of the water. A quick drive to grocery store and to the quaint Main Street of sandwich for coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare family dinners. Decor is adorable and all rooms were comfortable, inviting, and functional for beach vacation. We highly recommend this hone and would definitely return.
