Beach House, Sleep 8, Next to Pool -61A

This property was a complete let down. For starters, when we pulled up the weeds were up to my knees and the pool was green. When we went inside the condo was not as pictured, couch stained, kitchen light missing bulbs and it was coming down from the ceiling, a piece of the laminate had fallen off the stairs and was laying on the floor. The charging dock had even been melted to the toaster oven. The pots and pans were not as pictured, they needed replacing badly. The fridge had dents in it that you noticed as you entered. The cleanliness was decent, could had been better. The curtains inside were falling apart from sun damage and the windows and doors were covered in greasy hand prints. The beautiful patio was a mess. Weeds were growing up through cracks and vines were climbing the fences. The bikes, forget it. The tires needed replacing, the patio and it's furnishings we're dirty. I was very disappointed in the condo and the community. The condo did not match the photos. This place needs a lot of work. I called customer service as the owner was away. I spent an hour of my vacation on the phone getting transfered around. I finally hung up with out speaking to someone that could help. The pool and the grass had not been addressed during our stay. I have photos. We won't be going back. ☹️

The was perfect for my family. We all had space to spread out and be comfortable. The location was close to everything. We will definitely be staying here again!!

We rented this house in hopes of renting something close to the beach. It is located within walking distance. We all really enjoyed our stay; the house was nice, clean and in a convenient location. We definitely will be renting from the renter again.

Photos accurate of townhouse. Very clean. Manager very prompt and responsive. Poison ivy on the back deck and fence. No beach chairs nor wagon as described but not an issue for us.

The house was so nice.

Very nice, Weeds coming out the back deck, I sent a message to manager. I received a response right away, and it was taken care of. We laughed about the train, and would stay there again.

Cute little place and it was clean……..BUT there’s a train track about 20 feet from the back of the townhouse. It runs all night and day blowing the horn. Think people should be made aware of that fact before it scares someone else to death like it did us when it came through on the first night of our stay.

Beautiful place and perfect for what we were looking for! There was poison ivy around the deck, but we just avoided it, and it didn't detract from our overall experience.

Wasn’t informed that it was next to frequently used railroad that honked horns all night long.

Our stay was great. The property was perfect!

Location to beach and local activities was amazing. The unit was super clean and the beds we slept on were very comfy. I would stay again and more than likely will stay again to visit family in the area.

Check In was easy and nice private gate. Condo was a little worn and dated, but very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Host was very attentive to a small issue we had, and was fixed right away. Very close to beach, restaurants as well as downtown and Biloxi was also a short drive. Close to multiple choices for groceries. The only major negative is the train that constantly ran multiple times a day and woke us up every night. Other than that, very nice complex with everything you need close by.
