Stayed Aug 4, 2025Property was clean, everything was ready for occupancy except for the toaster, which did not work. Weve been there before and we will try to go their again next year. The only problem was we were not furnished with the proper access code at the time of arrival that controls the front door lock. We should have had this way ahead of time & not have to worry about being locked out, which happened. Thankfully my daughter was with us & she (with more patience than myself) was able to get the code...after an hour of wondering if we would have to spend the night in our cars.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024This location could not be more ideal. You are a perfect distance to the beach, downtown, and ubers will come in less than 5 minutes because of highway proximity. Karen was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We’re already dying to book it again!!!!!

Stayed May 24, 2024We go to Montauk every year for Memorial Day Weekend. This year at Karen’s house we had an amazing time. The house is walking distance to the beach and to town. We look forward to booking here again next year!

Stayed Aug 18, 2022We had the best time at Karen’s house! It was perfectly situated walking distance to town and the beach and a short Uber from everything not walking distance. House was perfect for our group and Karen was super responsive and helpful! Would absolutely stay again! Thanks Karen!
