Beach House | Pet-friendly, Pool, Spa & Putting Green + 6 Seat Golf Cart

Stay was great. Had a minor set back first day with air conditioner not working. However they did get us a house to sleep in that night due to the air conditioner not working. The house was perfect and the pool was amazing kids liked the pool better then the beach. Only down side was that we were not sure about laws with golf cart on streets therefore we barely rode it any. However that wasn't on the homeowners that was on us. All in all an amazing place to stay and neighbors were amazing! Will for sure be back!!

First the good. Check in was easy and beds were comfy with Room for the whole family to spread out. TVs in every room with tons of streaming services. Aesthetically a very cute place to stay close to beach. Golf cart was great for making quick runs. Negatives lacked the special touches like first day coffee supple, guide book/personal recommendations. Property Needs some up basic upkeep/maintenance. The pool was greenish from algae when we checked in and really needed a good cleaning after the rain bcz it was extremely green Laundry tub was filled with mold. The drains in master bath were sluggish and looked like there was an old water leak in mermaid bedroom. A Few spot the door frames were sticky especially the French doors to outside. Empty propane tanks for the grill and no barbecue tools The Air conditioning started to struggle at end of our trip making it very hot in the home. Will say this Property mmgt company was very responsive to remedy things. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again however there are a few things that should be checked after the every guest leaves and general upkeep of the this home to give it 5/5 stars.

Great space for a trip to the beach

The ride to the beach on the golf cart was not what we expected. the four lane road you have to cross was very busy. So we drove to the beach in our car which was ok there was plenty of parking. The house was wonderful.

The property was clean and well stocked. The location was okay. You do have to cross over a 4 lane highway to get to the beach.The hot tub did not work during our stay. That was really disappointing! We just got tired of calling to ask when it would be fixed! ( We were there for 7 days/6 nights!!) Also it lists a camera on the pool and golf cart for insurace and liability purposes there is also a ring camera and security camera at the front door that is not mentioned in the listing per VRBO rules. We found it to be a bit intrusive. The owner has direct access to the cameras NOT the management company. According to the management company, the OWNER CAN VIEW any cameras on the property at their will. That is why we will never stay here again. Also, my husband was told by the neighbor that the HOA doesn't want short- term renters in there and if we were too loud the cops will be called. Overall the property was nice, clean, and well stocked. The house had plenty of room for everyone. It just felt like we were being watched the whole time we were at the house, either by a camera or neighbors! disappointment.

Great place to stay! The whole experience was perfect, the only thing if I had anything to say would be that the golf cart doesn't have front lights and needs to be attended to if you want to drive at night. Location is close to everything, even pickleball courts down the street. Backyard was perfect, house layout worked very well for our family. The property management was responsive and very helpful. Overall, this home was PERFECT for our family getaway, thank you!

Everything was basically great. Beautiful house.and amenities. We were surprised that after we paid to have the pool heated that we couldn't use the hot tub. Ot cost alot more money. All i got was that they were srry. Ot

We all had a wonderful time! Close to Peir Park, quiet neighborhood, so much to do just at the house. Had a blast on the golf cart and swimming. Beautiful sunrise in the backyard and close to the beautiful white sands of the gulf. They made sure we had everything we needed. Just a memorable and funfilled weekend. Can't wait to go back.

We all enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful inside and out. Plenty of space for everyone. The golf cart was a nice touch as it made getting to the each easy.

The house was immaculate and perfect. Location couldn’t have been better. Golf cart major plus. Will be coming back to this exact spot for years to come. My wife and 3 boys absolutely loved it. Southern vacation rentals is the only company to use

The house was in a cute and quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing and well used. We drove the golf cart to the beach daily. We also used it to shop and get breakfast. Absolutely would stay here again! Master bed was fabulous!! Thank you, for the great memories made here.

My family enjoyed this vacation home! Location was great and we had everything we needed.
