Start your adventure in paradise at Dennapa's Beach House. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac with protected forest around, this gorgeous new home is a peaceful retreat for families who want to be near 30A while enjoying a quieter atmosphere.

Perfectly designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax. With a quick ~5 minute drive to the beautiful white sand beaches and turquoise waters, you are minutes away from the best 30A and Santa Rosa Beach haveto offer.

Dennapa's Beach House is a new build, locally-owned and self-managed house in the Sea Drift neighborhood with quick access (one mile) to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and a 5 minute drive (2.5 miles) to the nearest public beach access on 30A.

The house has a modern and warm feel while having great access to a nearby state park, beach and the many restaurants, shops and attractions in the Santa Rosa Beach and 30A area. The house is in close proximity to all that Destin and the other surrounding area have to offer.

The house itself has all the conveniences of what you might find at home including WiFi (average download speeds of ~1 Gbps), flat-screen smart TVs for access to streaming services, and high-efficiency washer and dryer.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need including a coffee maker, blender, air fryer, and variety of new cookware.

There is a covered patio with seating and a Weber gas grill.

Full size garage with large driveway allows for parking of multiple cars. Street parking is also available with no permit needed.

Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and beach cart are all available to use during your stay - all included at no additional cost. We have four beach cruiser bikes available for rent during your stay as well.

BEDROOMS:

1 - New York bedroom (king suite): with so much to offer and more space than your average New York apartment, this king suite bedroom comes with all the perks including a king bed, ceiling fan, 43 inch UHD Smart TV, walk-in shower, full bath, and walk-in closet.

2 - Santa Rosa Beach bedroom (king suite): named after the city with one of the best beaches in the world, our first floor bedroom boasts a king size bed, ceiling fan, adjacent bathroom, and plenty of storage for your clothes and suitcases alike.

3 - Venice bedroom (queen suite): inspired by the beautiful bridges and canals of this historic Italian city, our Venice queen suite offers a queen size bed, ceiling fan, and quiet setting overlooking protected forest.

4 - Paris bedroom (queen suite): let this room capture your heart as the city of love captured ours. The Paris bedroom offers a queen size bed, ceiling fan, ample storage, and an artistic glimpse of the Eiffel tower.

5- Hawaii bedroom (2-twin suite): this room channels the sun and fun of another destination favorite of ours - Hawaii! With two twin beds, a dresser as colorful as the nearby waters, and ceiling fan, this room is ideal for children and young adults.
