Beach House, located on a barrier dune between the ocean and Great Salt Marsh

This was one of the nicest places we ever rented on the Cape. Communication with the owner was great- the property itself is situated so beautifully, with water all around. Birds, sun, sand, gorgeous rocks and beach. The house is roomy and very comfortable with all you need to cook, rest, play. Cozy nooks and nice larger family areas. Beds are comfortable. Spectacular!

Excellent host, location, town, view!

My husband and I were celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary with coming to Cape Cod for 2 weeks. Our stay at this property was delightful. All amenities provided were in excellent order and we experienced nothing but happiness while we were at this property. We enjoyed the private beach, watching the large boats enter the harbor/canal and watching the seals swim by. The property is old but everything was in working order so there were no problems. Laura checked in midway through our stay to answer questions or address any issues we may be experiencing but none existed. It was very hard to leave and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful older beach house in the perfect location. Very quiet street. We brought our golden retriever and the property was perfect. The neighbor also had a golden so they got along well. The only negative was that the house wasn’t very clean. The floors were sandy, cobwebs in the corners and some of the glassware were sticky. We washed everything before usage. We went there to relax and we did just that. The view and sounds of the ocean were perfect. We will return. Thank you!

Great experience with amazing location

Great location on a quiet private beach. Close to restaurants and shops. Beautiful and very comfortable house

this large home is in a terrific location with lots of windows to enjoy the views of both the ocean and the salt marsh. Proximity to the beach ensured that we fell asleep and awoke to the sounds of surf each day. By far this home is the best stocked of any rental we have been to at the Cape and we took full advantage of the spacious, modern kitchen. Laura is a great and attentive host and shared some of the homes history with us. We will definitely visit again!

We loved our stay! The owners, access to the beach, wonderful house and quiet location made our vacation wonderful. We were also able to bring our dogs with permission. We will definitely return again.

This beautiful house was perfect! You are off the beaten path here, it is a quick drive to nearby Sandwich, and sandwich has so much to offer and so many great restaurants! The porch, the views, the beach being just a staircase away is everything. The home has so much that you just need to bring yourself, towels and linens and everything else is at the house! Well stocked pantry and kitchen! The beds are great, the furniture available is perfect. The amazing breeze from the ocean is all you need to cool off the house. The salt marsh is the front of the house and the back is the bay/ocean! We loved walking on the beach. We even saw a few seals swimming! The area is very friendly and quiet!
