Stayed Mar 30, 2023All was fine until we returned from lunch and there was a ‘septic’ service truck was on premises. Evidently they had been their once earlier while we were out and were performing a sewage service in the backyard. The service left a sewage stench in the house you can’t imagine. Luckily the smell cleared in a few minutes. Additional problem was we only heard from VRBO, not back from the owner. Fence wasn’t completely closed (we traveled with our dog).

Stayed Jul 20, 2022Property was nice and in a convenient location. Some construction still going on but no inconvenience. Problem was with check out. Was charged an extra $175.00 for having company come over for a few hours each day that brought their dog even though we paid a hefty pet deposit for our own. We left place immaculate and barely used the kitchen or second bathroom. Also found out that owner (admittingly) allowed neighbor to video all our comings and goings which is totally against the law in Florida unless signs are posted. Lawsuit underway.
