House is cozy and comfortable and equipped with everything that you would expect and more. Back yard is fenced and our pup loved running and playing after a long day in the car. Stayed Sep 5, 2025We had a wonderful time visiting with our son who is a flight instructor in Daytona. This is a great location for a family to gather. Embry Riddle Aeronautical University is about 10 minutes away if you are visiting your child during the school year and looking for a place to stay nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet. The host, Scott, is very communicative and helpful.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025We came in for a night prior to heading to Port Canaveral for a cruise. The property is only an hour from the Port. Check in was a breeze and the property did not disappoint! Scott is an extremely attentive host and reached out to me multiple times prior to us arriving just to make sure everything was perfect. It was my Mom’s birthday, and he even decorated the place for us! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

Stayed Aug 12, 2025Scott is one of the best Vrbo hosts we have ever met and gave us one of the best experiences we have had staying at a Vrbo property. They don't have crazy check out rules, they accommodate everything you need and answer every phone call or text within 20 minutes. The property is top notch and filled with love. From the welcome note and the welcome screen to the final check out we were taken care of. Will absolutely book again when we can.
