The Beach House is a stunning three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa equipped with amazing amenities.

The Beach House is centrally located in one of the quietest neighborhoods, at the end of a beautiful cul-de-sac, in highly desirable southwest Cape Coral. The home has Gulf access, is close to restaurants and shopping areas, and is perfect for walking, biking, and relaxing.

Upon entering through the front door, you'll be greeted by a spacious livingroom with breathtaking views. This home features ample space, including two king bedrooms and a bedroom with two twin beds, making it a perfect getaway for families or larger groups. Welcome to Paradise!

The location provides a quick drive to all central Cape Coral attractions. Depending on traffic, it takes about 10 minutes to reach Matlacha/Pine Island, 35 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, and 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.

This immaculate, well-designed vacation home allows guests to enjoy all that Southwest Florida has to offer. The Beach House is beautifully decorated with marina and beach themes, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. It can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

For your convenience, all linens are included during your stay, and long-term stays are welcome. The interior features an open floor plan filled with natural light, modern amenities, and plenty of space. The kitchen, living room, and dining areas provide numerous options for relaxation and socializing.

The front door with sidelights allows ample light to flood your vacation retreat. Wireless internet and a washer/dryer are also available for your convenience.

Outdoor highlights include a spacious lanai, perfect for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, and al fresco dining. The large table can seat up to eight guests, and there's a Smart HD flat-screen TV for your entertainment while you enjoy the heated pool. In the evenings, unwind with your favorite drink by the gas fire table under the stars.

The boat dock is equipped with a 10,000-pound boat lift, accommodating a 28-foot boat. You can also grab a chair from the garage and cast a line from the dock, where Cape Coral offers excellent fishing opportunities. With one of the largest canal systems in the United States, Cape Coral boasts over 400 miles of navigable waterways, including both freshwater and saltwater canals.

The Beach House has various activities to suit every guest, including access to numerous restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns.
