The cleanliness, the sunset view, and the location. Very nice place to stay on the beach.

The most beautiful views. Very clean updated condo. The rental people were wonderful and very responsive. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Would definitely stay here again. Only improvement might be better outdoor chairs like the ones on the level below us.

Repeat. 3 good restaurants within walking distance. Place was clean (never can get rid of ALL the sand). The only thing keeping this place from a 5-star review is the bed. That mattress needed to be replaced a long time ago.

Our 3rd stay in AMI & it was our favorite place so far! Right on the beach, super convenient, very clean. Nothing negative at all! Will come back 100%!

I love the area and the place I have stayed in several units there. The stairs are brutal to get luggage up. I feel like the place could have been cleaner. The sheets were yellowed old stains maybe or just old sheets and I had to put towels on bed to sleep. Great area and nice place overall.

Reviewer Comments: The view is amazing & it’s as close as it gets to the ocean, but now we are dealing with getting the mildew odor out of allof our belonging we had with us. (Clothes, suitcases, pillows which we threw away, our plastic water cup lids, laptop case, my hair) We didn’t realize it until we left the beach house. We have had to throw some things away. It really is a problem. I did call management to make them aware of it. By their response, they already knew of the problem., which was odd to me. Hopefully they can get it resolved, because we will not go back, but I don’t want others to have to deal with it. The beach is nice except for all the broken shells, not nice to walk. Also the restaurant next to it plays the same loud beat music all weekend. We did enjoy our stay & they were quick to fix a few problems we encountered with the room, but the smell we’re dealing with is not worth staying there again, which is unfortunate.

This is a cozy, very cute condo with ocean views for miles. The place is quiet, very pleasant. There's a restaurant right next door, they serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. The beach does not get crowded, we always have a prime spot right near the crashing waves.Management company always takes care of us and is very customer-friendly.Highly recommended!

It was awsome. Loved every minute of it. No complaints. Can’t wait to visit again. The host was great. The location is great. The room was great.

Very nice, clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful view, about as close as you can get to the ocean.? We stayed a week and enjoyed it very much.
