Beach Home with Wraparound Deck and Path to Sand

Home away from home. Our family loves staying here when we visit Pensacola Beach. The house is always clean, the beds are comfy, and everything we need is provided. Check in process is always smooth and Linda is responsive and very kind. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! The home was spotless, bright, and beautifully decorated — it felt welcoming the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach, with gorgeous views and plenty of space for everyone to relax.The kitchen had everything we needed and was perfect for family meals, and the outdoor area was our favorite spot — we spent mornings drinking coffee on the deck. The host - Linda - was incredibly kind and responsive, making everything smooth and easy from start to finish.We made great memories here and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and truly special beach getaway!

Wonderful home, wonderful host! Quality of the furnishings much better than typical rental. Very comfortable and well stocked with things you might forget or unable to pack (beach bags, beach towels, beach chairs, etc…). Photos on listing are accurate and even better in person.

It was a perfect location and beautiful beach house!!! All amenities you could want and a short walk to the beach!! One of the best and most beautiful beaches!! Linda was a great host and proposed any questions. However we didn’t have many since she prepays for our check in stay and check out!!! Easiest check in I’ve ever had, beautiful home and beautiful neighborhood! The walk to the beach was so quick and the beach was SO PRIVATE! We will definitely be coming back and staying longer!! This was the best vacation!

The property was just as the pictures appeared and very clean. It was only a short walk to Pensacola Beach and there were even beach chairs at the house available for us to use. This house was only a few minutes drive from shopping and restaurants.We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly, and the home was exactly as pictured—clean, spacious, and well-maintained.There was plenty of space for our group, both indoors and out. The large decks were perfect for relaxing, and there was lots of parking available, which made things super convenient. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus—just a short walk away, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day.If you're traveling with younger kids or older family members, we’d highly recommend renting a golf cart (there are several local options available). It’s a great way to get around and makes beach access even easier.The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made us feel truly welcome. We really, really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside vacation!

Our family spent a great time in this lovely home for our annual family vacation. It’s was easy check in. Spent a great time there and at the beach. Beautiful kitchen and cozy bedrooms. I definitely recommend this home.

We had a great time and enjoyed this cute house. Very nicely decorated, well-stocked, and clean! We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and toys provided since we were flying into Pensacola. We would stay here again!

Linda was extremely helpful. She let us check in early. We needed a new air mattress and she dropped it off quickly. We loved it so much we booked an extra night!

The owner is a great communicator and the home was immaculate. The walk to the beach was very easy and the beach is gorgeous and not crowded. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. Beds were are very comfortable, great water pressure in showers, wraparound porch with grill, and the interior is very nicely decorated. We wish we were there right now!
