Beach home with private hot tub, pool, sound view & game room - dog-friendly

The floors weren't clean. There was white dog hair everywhere on top floor. The water doesnt get hot in kitchen or any bathroom. Whomever is cleaning the home does a poor job. The counter tops and bar top was dirty. The house itself is extremely nice. Housekeeping does a poor job after each guest.

Loved the house, walk to the beach access and the pool! The backyard is beautiful and designed for pets and play alike. Perfect place for several families. Would definitely stay here again!!

Love the closeness to the beach! An easy 5 minute walk for adults and kids alike. Perfect spot for a small group to enjoy each others company or to step away for some alone time.

We loved this rental! The home was clean with the perfect amount of space and close to the beach and shops. We loved using the pool, hot tub and decks. The best part for us was the fenced in yard (game changer for our pets.) The yard was as spacious for the dogs, it was nice it was actually grassy with no thorns so they were able to play freely. Would absolutely recommend this home! We will be staying here again!

I would give 5 stars, but the carpet could use a good cleaning. The carpet isnt filthy, and doesn't stink. The house is big and roomy. The pool, hot tub, and big fenced back yard is a very big plus for me. Last year we rented this house, and on my review last year, I stated dishwasher leaked all over the floor, and drier switch was broken, and hard to start up. I notified Vacasa about issues, and they must have told owner of the house. The dishwasher was fixed, and new washer and dryer have been installed. I hope to rent again next year!!!

We've actually stayed at this place twice because it's really perfect for our needs. Fenced in yard for the dogs and a very bright and spacious house - really well laid out. Each room has access to a deck and there's foosball, pool (the billiards type), a pool (the swimming type) and a hot tub. A very easy two block walk to the ocean/beach. The house shows a little wear but it's very much a relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend for a great casual vacation especially if you have pets.

Beautiful an comfortable home. Very spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Loved the yard! And especially loved the large dining table for family meals.

Great location and outdoor area. The cleanliness was subpar - minor things, and we were able to clean it. Our family had a wonderful week making memories. Thank you.

Overall we had a good experience, but the place is certainly lacking some basics. There were no basic cleaning supplies in the house, so we went and bough a mop, surface cleaner, and garbage bags. We left them all behind for the next renter to use. The remote control batteries to every single tv in the house were either dead, or missing, so we had to go buy batteries too. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The main reason we selected this property were for the pool table and hot tub. We were unable to use either. The pool cues were missing the tips, and there was no blue chalk in the house. The hot tub was very dirty and cloudy so no one wanted to use it. I would also recommend providing instructions for the thermostats, as they are very tricky. The kitchen was very lacking in the basics for cooking that you find in a good rental property. The house itself was very nice and comfy. The rest was pretty disappointing. The house was very clean when we arrived, except for the dishwasher which really is not a big deal. Dishwasher detergent was provided
