This did not diminish our stay, but as an FYI to the owner, the outlet the golf cart was plugged into is not working. We switched to another outlet, and it charged fine! Thank you!

We also enjoyed the Golf cart and how close it was to the beach! Our only cons we can say are if you like to work from vacation or stream a lot, the internet isn’t very good, we struggled to watch movies on an Apple TV with buffering happening a lot. With that being said we very much enjoyed our stay! And would highly recommend it!

This home is tucked away in a development on the end of Santa Rosa Beach which meant it felt secluded with easy beach access. Home was beautiful. Loved the beach. Pool is right across the street. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Golf cart was a huge plus. We would love to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is absolutely stunning. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel at home. To start, the reservation process was super simple. All fees were explained up front with nothing hidden. When payment was complete, email was sent for verification. A link for an app was sent for all needed info to include door codes, WiFi and even trash pick up. We were allowed to check in early which is a blessing after a 12 hour drive. Furnishings were very modern and comfortable. No expense was spared from soft towels to balcony furniture to endless dishes in the kitchen for large families.

It was just as listed and the perfect stay for 3 families and the 3rd floor lent itself perfectly for my daughter and her family with one master suite with bathroom and a bunk bed suite for the kids with their own bathrooms. All other bedrooms were master suites too!
