Beach home overlooking the ocean with pool, hot tub, sauna, & balcony

Never disappoints! Definitely our favorite rental. Watched college football in the theatre during the rain Saturday... Super Cool!! Be back next year!

This house is beautiful and a short walk to the beach! We had a great week. The only thing I could suggest is to fix the pool deck- we had to move the furniture over some boards to hold them down because they were pulling up and we were tripping on them.

Loved it so much, the only downfall is the outdoor patio furniture is pretty terrible. I guess that’s a really good problem to have on vacation but still it would be nice to have more comfortable seating. The house is absolutely fantastic and we enjoyed every inch of the amenities. we spend a lot of time in the hot tub lounging by the pool, watching movies in the movie room, and gathering in the kitchen.

We have stayed at this property several times over a period of almost 20 years. We love it. It's magical memory making for our family. We have already reserved for next Christmas. Beautiful house...gourmet kitchen...the theater. Love it!

It was okay

We had a great time. The house had everything anyone could want, Fantastic kitchen, beds were all very comfortable. Great room, dining room, theater room, game room, all were large enough for us. The pool was nice. Great sunrises and sunsets!!! The only suggestions are 1. more shade at the pool ( we had to jerry-rig our beach umbrellas 2. more cleaning of pool (by the 4th day, the pool needed to be vacuumed) 3. Sauna temperature gauges were hard to operate correctly. 4. It would have been nice to know how well the house was stocked ( we brought alot of things we did not need to bring. 5. Better directions on how to operate the hot tub

Loved the location and easy access to the beach. The pool table was used daily and the elevator was a plus getting things up and down. Kitchen had what we needed and we cooked a bunch of meals for our family. Hot tub was used daily and performed as expected. Grill worked but needed a good cleaning under the grates that I did myself. Views from the decks were amazing and we could see the sunrise and sunset from multiple spots.

Tranquilina was a spacious and comfortable place to stay. You could see both the ocean and sound from the upper floor. The kitchen was large enough to prepare meals for a large number of guests and there were plenty of perks. The only complaint was the pool -- it had many leaves on the bottom that were never cleaned out.

Nice home, lovely views. Beautiful stove. Nice to have 2 refrigerators and dishwashers. Easy walk to beaches, which is gorgeous.

The house (especially the kitchen) was fully equipped to accommodate large groups. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great private bathrooms for each bedroom. Bed linens and bathtowels were also provided. Theater room and hot tub a plus! The pool was nice but too cold due to the weather. A negative--the house could've been cleaned better prior to our arrival.
