Stayed Apr 21, 2023Our family had a wonderful stay here. The house was clean and everything we needed. It feels spacious and had plenty of room for our party of 10. Beautiful back deck and pool area. Location is great - beach access path is just across the street. Close enough to come and go if you need anything at the house. Plenty to do in Palmetto Dunes, we especially enjoyed exploring the area by bike which can be rented right inside the community.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022We had a great family vacation in this property! Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids to spread out. The pool was big and had plenty of shallow space for our 4 and 6 year olds to play in! I would highly recommend this home to other families looking to vacation on the beloved HHI!

Stayed Aug 14, 2021Property was in very good condition. No issues with anything. Beach path is about 25 yards from front door. Beach is lovely and it wasn’t crowded at all!

Stayed Jun 5, 2021This was a wonderful one level Property for our family especially with young kids 8mo to 8 yrs. there was 8 adults and 5 kids. We rented our baby and kid needs from Cozy Rentals. They deliver and pick up. The pool was perfect temp. Short paved walk to the beach. The Rec room was awesome for the kids to play in. House is showing a bit of wear but nothing that spoiled our enjoyment. Will rent this property again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property was very clean and up to date! The kitchen was fully stocked! The bonus room upstairs had a pool table which provided a lot of entertainment as well! We also enjoyed the swimming pool too! The beach path is across the street down one house. It took one minute twenty four seconds to ride our bikes from the house to the beach!

Stayed Dec 28, 2020The workers in The resort office are not customer service savvy at all. Had to call the office for basic guest information regarding parking and visitation and the people immediately took a nasty tone. Providing basic information would remedy this but there is still no reason to be ugly to a guest. The property was as described. The furniture is a little haggard but overall we enjoyed our pandemic escape.
