Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our annual Framily trip (friends and family) and our first time staying in a Benchmark property. We truly enjoyed our vacation! From the moment I booked the trip up to leaving, they were very accommodating and helpful! They made us feel like it was really home away from home. We will totally stay in another one of their properties again!

Benchmark Management, property management company, was easy to deal with and very helpful. The location of this property is great in terms of proximity to things to do at Seagrove. Be aware that beach access requires some planning. It is an easy bike ride away, but there is no close parking. The property fronts Lakewood Dr which can be fairly busy but it is still pleasant to sit on the front porch or front balcony. There is a very small backyard which has old and uncomfortable furniture which was unusable for us. Also, it was overgrown with weeds and was not a pleasant place. Also, the small backyard of the house behind is very close, so really no privacy. The house itself was nice but needs some maintenance. I have documented a curling rug corner which is ugly and a tripping hazard, sticky and dirty mat in front of the sink, bathroom towel racks that are about to fall off the wall, and loose toilet paper holders. I am passing all of these items along to Benchmark Management to address. Assuming they are addressed, we would stay at this property again.

Houses is conveniently located close to 30A, very convenient to beaches and shopping. The house is has great craftsmanship and very nice furnishings

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family of 8 truly enjoyed our stay at 3 Mermaids Haven, and would book the property for another vacation in the future! The pictures accurately represent the property and it was well appointed and felt fairly new. The kitchen was stocked with lots of silverware, plates and great quality pots. We enjoyed the beach wagon, chairs and boogie boards that were at the house.The location was excellent - an easy 10 minute walk to the beach, or a quick bike ride, or quick drive if you were lucky enough to get a parking space near the beach. The pool was large and beautiful. There were a couple of cafes and restaurants within a quick walk of the house. We had a fantastic time!When we first arrived, the air conditioning was not cooling very well on the first floor, but we called the property management company and they sent someone out to fix it within an hour, which was great. We also noticed that a window was broken when we arrived and reported that, and it was fixed later in the week during our stay. We appreciated how responsive and easy to communicate with the property management company was. I also appreciated all of the communication from them leading up to our stay.The only small concern I had was that one towel and one sheet set had some stains. However, everything else was very clean. We were very satisfied with our stay and hope to return!

It would have been nice to see the backyard furniture updated and more inviting. As it was, it was not comfortable for our large group outside. Everything else was perfect!
