Beach Haven: Free golf cart, 2min to beach, Heated pool, Private backyard

House was clean on arrival. Everything we could possibly need was there as well which when you travel with a teen and toddler, you forget a lot lol. Baby gates were there, high chair already there, box fan which we use for sleeping, all cookware. It was so convenient. House was very close to a CVS as well so if we needed anything, it was a quick trip. Layout of house was very convenient for us because we had my husband's whole family so although we all love hanging out together, it was nice that there were 3 floors to give space too. The golf cart was an added convenience as well. Plus we were right down the road from the pool. Highly recommend this property to big groups. I never once felt cramped and the rest of the family kept complimenting the house I chose for vacation!

The property was nothing short of amazing! It was so clean and had everything we needed! Alex was so timely and so was the costal team in helping us with different things! The golf cart was also a nice plus! We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be looking forward to booking again!!

The check in process was great. The house was also great overall but had some cleanliness issues. When we got there, we found two used plastic bowls for in living room and kitchen. We also quickly discovered how dirty the floors were after walking on them barefoot for just a few minutes. We ended up mopping ourselves with the provided Swiffer and used three pads just on the living room floor. They were black. As a few others pointed out, the pool was very small and our group of 10 never used it as others were always in the pool and it would have been extremely crowded. Lastly, and most importantly, about mid way through the week someone randomly showed up at the house, unannounced, and entered the garage. Obviously we were extremely concerned because several children were sleeping on the bottom floor, very near the garage/house door. We quickly discovered the person changed the garage code and the code to the lock on the golf cart, again, with NO notice. I contacted the management team and they had to ask me when the person was there, as of they didn't know he was coming. After a few minutes, we were given the new golf cart code but not the garage code, as we were told the owner didn't want us everything through the garage. Therefore, we had to enter through the front door, then through the garage/house door into the garage and manually open the garage door every time we came back to the house with the golf cart. It was a pain but we made it work.

Highly recommend for a perfect getaway! Very clean and spacious, me and the family had a wonderful time there! Communication was very top tier.

My wife, our dog and I loved Beach Haven! Snowbirds who still work remotely, this home was perfect for us. We stayed for the months of January and February. The layout was ideal for inviting extended family to get away from the cold of the northeast for a bit. With a King suite on each floor, the layout allows for privacy and separation that works well for large families or even multiple families. Beds are really comfortable! The house was well equipped, and we didn't need to purchase anything for cooking. They even have a crockpot for making my chili and a great grill for my steaks. Location was the biggest plus for us. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Pompano Joe's and the public beach and only a 2-minute drive with the golf cart which was a big hit with the young adults. We also love to walk which is really not fun when it's 10 degrees out up north and we certainly don't love the walk to nowhere on a treadmill. However, Beach Haven's location allowed to take daily walks down Scenic Gulf Drive. Our perfect loop was to walk to the end of the public beach parking at the Crab Trap and back. About 4.5 miles total. Also allows you to stop at a couple of different places for a break and a drink! The streetneighborhood is quiet and very dog friendly. There is a nice mix of short term and long-term renters as well as full time residents. Finally, the management company (Coastal Retreats) was awesome. They made everything easy... check-in, house instructions and check out were all simple. We only needed to contact them once as a drain in one of the showers was not draining properly. They returned our call promptly and someone come out to the house within an hour and unclogged the drain. He was friendly, courteous, and we never had any other issues. Overall, it was a 5 out of 5 experience and I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Upon arrival, all lights were on. Felt very welcoming. Kitchen was stocked. All beds were comfortable. Towels were soft! Appliances were up to date. Golf cart had some issues but mentioned it and it was replaced within 1 hour! AC was cold! All fans works great! Pillows were soft! Deep tubs, and very very clean!! Extremely convenient to beach and surrounding area. Highly recommended

There were 14 members of my family. We loved the house, stairs were alittle bit rough on my husband and I but we made it alright. The golf cart was a great add on! A couple of things were broken( garbage disposal and ice maker. We will certainly will book with them again. We loved it!!!

Excellent Home with plenty of space. A walk or scoot to the Beach and EXCELLENT HOST and ACCOMODATIONS!!! My Family Truly Enjoyed It!!! Will definitely be back soon.
