Beach Haven - Brand New Home - Private Pool- just 300 feet from the Beach!

Problems with ants other then that everything was good and problems with drain in upstairs shower

This really is a beautiful and spacious home. It was nice and clean upon arrival. We had an issue with a toilet only once. I called and someone was there from maintenance within 30 minutes or so. Very prompt and courteous. It is a very short walk to the beach. We had a blast and will definitely rent from them again.

Pool and close to the beach

Group of 15 of us traveled here for college spring break. Had so much fun! Plenty of room and newly renovated. We enjoyed the pool and heated it for a few days since it was a little chilly. 2 min walk to the beach. Went out for dinner a few times and walked everywhere! Lots of good food and coffee around. We had a really great time and would definitely stay again.

This house worked well for our family that ranged from 2-82 years old. The upstairs bedroom arrangement is excellent because each family had bedrooms/bathroom comb to themselves. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my in-laws. We cooked every meal. The pots and pans are not the quality of mine (cheap, but sufficient), so I would recommend to bring your own favorite skillet, soup pot, etc if you plan to cook and are driving/can fit it in your car. There was sufficient utensils, mixer, bender, crockpot, etc. There are no spices, not even salt and pepper. I have been to many houses where past visitors have left spices, four, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, etc. None in this house. No beach equipment. I have stayed at many houses where past visitors have left chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, towels, etc. If driving, throw in your own. The pictures show a hot tub. There is not a hot tub. I messaged to inquire about this before arrival, so I was not surprised, but some people might be. There is a VeRy. SmAlL. PoOl!! The pool gets very little sun because it is positioned tightly between the house and the fence. The water was very cold even though it was in the mid 80's several days before we arrived. Heating is a steep price!! $60/day according to management. We brought our dog and small children. Beware of the burrs if you get off the driveway. They are painful and they are everywhere!! The management was very easy to contact and helpful during our stay. I would recommend!

The house was nice with a small pool that was really enjoyable, and we fit perfectly. The location was within walking distance to the beach, which was also great. The communication with the property manager was excellent; he responded immediately and resolved a minor issue we had, which we really appreciated. The groceries stores were close by, and there were restaurants and places to visit nearby. The only aspect we didn’t like was the cleaning of the showers and the grill outside. I'm sure this can be improved. Other than that, everything was good. We enjoyed our time in the house, especially at the beach. It was a pleasure to experience. Thank you!

The host was very easy to work with and communication was great-very quick to respond to my questions. Good, central location to restaurants and stores and easy beach access.

Great access to a very nice beach. Next to a busy street with road noise at night Pool is very small but nice. The floors were not clean. Didn’t wear shoes in the house and the bottom of our white socks were black from the floor day one. It was nice to have bunk beds but they were in the common area and had to go through to get to the other upstairs bedrooms.

Our group stayed at this property upon getting permission from the owner for a spring break trip. When we arrived, the property was very clean with clear instructions provided to us about check-in/check-out. Throughout our stay Ben’s Beach Homes was quick to respond to any of our questions. Our stay was hospital, cleanly, and all of our members thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would highly recommend this property!

This home is lovely and spacious. It is a very short walk to the beautiful beach. We had some minor issues that the staff addressed immediately and graciously. Loved our stay and will try to do it again. We came from 4 different states so it was wonderful to be together in such a warm and inviting place
