Also you do not have to rent a pack n play or a highchair for your stay as this home has those items for the little tikes.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests with flexible and well-appointed sleeping arrangements. The main level features a spacious primary suite, while upstairs offers two king bedrooms—one of which includes a twin sleeper chair for additional flexibility. An open loft with nautical-themed twin beds adds charm and fun, and a queen sleeper sofa on the main level provides even more space for larger groups. Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
