Stayed Apr 5, 2025This is the third year staying at this house. It is perfect for a golf week vacation. Everyone in the group has had a great experience — right on the beach, close to the courses that we wanted to play.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025We stayed in Beach Fun 2/15-21/2025. The location is perfect and the house is beautiful, well equipped and has a lot of room for large groups. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Sep 9, 2023The house need to upgrade almost everything inside , old furniture, old beds , old pots and pans more than a half can not be use . The house is so dirty when we came , coach roaches were running inside the house . It was horrible the first night we all had to clean the house after a long drive , so tired and so disappointed. Hopefully from now on you check on cleaning people more careful .

Stayed Jun 11, 2022Our family had a wonderful week until the upstairs AC broke the next to last day of the trip. A repair person came that day which was great. He told us the upstairs AC was not repairable and left. There was zero communication from Elliot Beach Rentals. No fans or portable ACs were brought or even discussed as the property group did not contact us. We naively believed something would be addressed after the repair person left. The temperature in the house reached the upper 80’s and over half of our group left one day early. Because of the distance home as well as the hoping the issue would be resolved, no one left until the early evening. Since most of us did leave early that evening but did not want to drive all night, everyone got a hotel room so we all lost some vacation time at the house and paid even more to stay in a hotel. I tried to email the property about this issue the day it happened and I did not receive a reply.

Stayed May 28, 2022This is a great location, wonderful porch with oceanfront view. The house is spacious, plenty of room to gather in the kitchen, dining, living room area. The house needs a deep clean. The kitchen is not a working kitchen - - can't really cook too well in it.
