The bathroom is well-appointed with a relaxing bath, a separate shower, and a separate toilet, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. The renovated laundry, complete with a washing machine, adds convenience to your stay, so you can pack light and keep your clothes fresh.

Upstairs Serenity:
Head upstairs to the bright and airy open-plan kitchen and dining area, where you can prepare and enjoy meals with ease. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave and dishwasher, making cooking a pleasure. Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property.     Loved the location and facilities. The new kitchen was great and so well stocked . A beautiful spot to walk to town, cafe, shops and restaurants . Lovely walks all around. The accom was well appointed with lots of living space and big rooms . Clean and well organised.

    Not enough info on how to access the property. It it hadn't been for a neighbour who directed us to the rear of the building to find our garage instead of in the front as photo on advert indicated.

    We had a great stay in this comfortable, well appointed town house. The view & location are perfect, we were able to walk everywhere. My only suggestion would be to make Wi-Fi available at the property, not to be glued to devices but to be able to access streaming services, especially at night and inclement weather. We will be back.

    We love it! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, Granite Island. Lock up garage, beach and playground across the road. Views of Granite Island and The Bluff from lounge room & balcony area (with table and chairs). Beautiful set up. Great spot for our family of three to just Zen out for a week.

    Our visit was on the 18-21 Jan.2013Over the last few years we have spent a number of holidays at 1/22 Esplanade so that should speak for itselfStraight across the road from 1/22 esplanade on the grass verge is a seat which I had the council place there in memory of my wife{Lily Redmond Cameron}sheloved this spot.My thanks to the council-)Owners 1/22
