Reviewer Comments: My family decided to stay beachfront for the first time, and BOY did we love this! It was perfect for my two boys and us! We felt the unit was very well kept and clean! The decor was very pleasant and calming and plenty of room for my two boys ages 15 and 11. The unit also had all the amenities that we needed as a family - bonus was having tons of beach toys and gadgets to entertain with in the closet! Our favorite part was being so close to the beach and enjoying dinner on the huge deck overlooking that water! Will definitely stay here again in the future! The location is very quaint and close the shops and restaurants with the good cart. 10/10!

Wonderful property , property management (Kristie) & chair service personnel (Nick). Property recently changed ownership and needs some minor maintenance: sliding door on main floor deck does not lock but a safety bar is provided, toilet paper holder in powder bath falls off, and towel rod in upstairs hall bath continued to fall off wall. These are minor issues. Do not hesitate to rent this property if you want an amazing beach front experience!Kristie is GREAT to work with!!.

Everything was well stocked and clean. We had a slight issue with one of the toilets flushing but it was fixed soon after we called. Highly recommend

We’ve seen 3 owners. The most recent owner made some very nice upgrades. There are a few things that need attention. The sliding door is extremely hard to open. It’s almost impossible from the outside. The pillows are very flat and hard. A new fridge would be great. Love the new bedding!Very curious why all the surrounding properties have made their beaches private and every visitor in the neighborhood is crammed into our section of the beach. For the money we pay, we should have the same as all surrounding homes.
