Beach Front Stunner with 4 Bedrooms and Elevator! Truly an Ocean Front Escape

We enjoyed every minute of it! The house and the location were perfect! The views were outstanding! The entire process was easy and without any glitches.

Easy check in and out. Great location as grocery and CVS are in walking distance. Outlet mall too. No extras in the kitchen such as salt/pepper, cooking oil or spray, Saran Wrap, etc so if you are cooking bring those items with you. Little toilet paper, bring extra.Plenty of towels provided. Beach location is nice and not very busy. Also, do not use app they provide before you arrive. No one responds when you message. If any issues, use the VRBO app or text the number communications come from. Immediate responses. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

This was an excellent place to fit 17 people for a one week stay. You have the beach on your back door step and they have an amazing rooftop to over look the beach. Whenever I get another big group of people together, we will be staying here.

The house and location are fantastic. Our issue stems from the AC unit on the top floor where the master suite and another bedroom are located. It was not working when we checked in Wednesday evening. It was 80 degrees. We called about it Thursday and a tech came out and replaced the thermostat and said it was fixed. It wasn't, apparently the coils were out. We didn't find out until Saturday afternoon that the part wouldn't be available until Monday, the day we leave. They offered to move us to another house, but at this point that wasn't feasible. We understand things happen, but sleeping in a room that was 80 plus degrees wasn't fun. All the other rooms were full so there wasn't another to sleep in. The management company reached out to the owners about compensation for our troubles and we were told they would issue us a credit. We are almost 2 weeks since we checked out and haven't seen a credit our had any more communication with them. We we very disappointed.

My family and I were looking for a quick fall break getaway. We wanted a beachfront house and that’s exactly what we got! It is steps from the beach. Step out the back door and you’re on the same walking to pick your perfect spot. The beach was wonderful. It was not crowded. While it was still public, you had more than enough space for your own private spot. The house is huge! The elevator was much needed! Having 4 floors, some days we just did not want to track up the stairs, so it was an amenity that was very appreciated! Host was very thorough and easy to get in touch with. They have a lovely app that makes easy navigation and understanding of the property, check in and out process along with info on the area. Mentioning the area, it is a perfect spot! Right across the road from a great shopping area, and so many restaurants within minutes drive! We’re going to try our best to book again! Absolutely loved this place!

The house was amazing. We roof top was great for an awesome view of the beach and sunset. Comfortable beds and great den/kitchen made for the perfect place for game night and meals. Numerous balconies enabled us to get views of the waves rolling in. Not to forget the beach right out the back door. The kids loved crabbing. Restaurants blocks away was a convenient touch. Management was timely in response to pre-arrival questions. It was clean. No complaints. Our family loved our time together. Sad to leave. We will be back there.

My family and I absolutely LOVED this property. It was spacious, very clean and the perfect location. The view was spectacular. The house was properly supplied (towels, plates, tissue, paper towels, etc.) The management company was very detailed the check in and check out process, I would definitely recommend this home!

This was an amazing house. So close to the beach and well stocked for cooking in!
