Stayed Sep 13, 2025Pros:- Great location (beach, neighborhood)- House in overall good condition and clean when arrived- Loves the back porch- Liked the symmetry of the bedrooms- TY and wifi all good- HVAC and hot water worked wellCons:- Saw several LARGE roaches inside the house- Beach chairs not provided- Showers/tubs could use some updating- Not enough cleaning supplies or toilet paper provided. No coffee filters- Could use a hose at the bottom of the stairs to rinse feet

Stayed Apr 5, 2025The pics for the house are extremely outdated. The only reason we stayed was the location. If I would have had another encounter of being chased in the bathroom by a cockroach, we would have left. Almost every metal fixture had rust, especially the bathroom faucet and toilet paper holders which were covered in it. The bathrooms are in rough shape to say the least. There was mold growing up the shower curtain.The patio furniture is broken and moldy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025Nice place. Nice location. Parking can be a challenge especially when neighbors disregard parking etiquette. Overall we enjoyed and are likely to return.

Stayed Oct 28, 2024House was great there were just two issues the Dryer didn’t work and one of the lights in the bedroom did not work other than that it was great.
