This beachside bungalow is nothing fancy, but sure to amaze you with its fabulous views and sounds of the ocean waves. Enjoy the peaceful sunrise or sunset from the screened in patio, or head on over to the beach at just a 10 minute walk or a 1 minute drive to the beach park at the end of our street!

Stayed Aug 5, 2025Only reason not a 5 star review. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable and the TV was in the bedroom but it was well maintained. They have other properties that they supplied with drinking water but not at this location. The picture of the screen in room which was very nice but the comfortable chairs at showing was not there replaced by again an uncomfortable furniture unit.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025House was great. Clean and looked the same as the pics. Close to the beach. I loved the screened in porch. We spent most of our time there. Communication was great! I had a question and called after hours. I was expecting to leave a message but was pleasantly surprised when she answered. There were six of us. We knew the house was small and we expected it to be tight, but with the layout of the house and the outdoor space we were not on top of each other. We had a great time! Thank you!

Stayed Jul 3, 2025The property was in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the ocean. We staatbon the back patio deck every night listening to the waves and watching the sun go down. The house was well prepared for us to make our own meals and to enjoy our time together.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Great little property. Nice view. I was able to walk the trail to the beach in the back. When we woke up in the morning, first day, there was a herd of deer in the backyard. Didn’t know deer like the beach to!

Stayed Mar 21, 2025My son and I did a fishing weekend trip to Villa Verde. the property was awesome. Very well furnished. It has clearly been redone recently and was very clean. Very good place and easy to find. Matagorda is also just a great spot!

Stayed Aug 20, 2024Great house very comfortable all the comfort of home, everything provide was very good, neat and clean. We had to dri ve to the beach each day, due to the fact it is technically on the beach, but have to walk thru alot dunes, to get to the beach. Stayed Jun 13, 2024Our stay was very nice . We loved the screen porch. Plenty of room. Well decorated and the kitchen had every thing one would need. Reminded us of when we were young and the family beach trips. One of the best places we have ever rented.
