Description

The cottage is situated high and on an undulating dune plot not far from the long, white sandy beach. The living room has a west-facing and light-giving window front. In the evening, the stove in front of the sofa provides extra coziness. On TV you have a wide selection of Danish and German channels. In the bright kitchen is the exit to the terrace. The whole house is surrounded by large wooden terraces. There you have a magnificent view of the dunes and the surrounding area and can enjoy thesun. On the section facing west you will enjoy the evening sun. The house is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump, which is used as air conditioning in the summer. In addition, a heat exchanger heats the pool water, ensuring low energy costs. A few hundred meters from the house is a protected dune area with good hiking trails and opportunities to observe animals up close.
